Apologies that we have fallen sort of your requirements on this occasion - this is due to a failure in internal communications which are working to rectify. Hopefully you will consider Prestige again next time you have supply requirements.
Just in case your Account Manager hasn't advised already - we do offer a next day service for urgent orders at a charge of £35.

This company is constantly ringing me trying to sell me materials even though I tell them to not call me again every single time. I tell them that I have all the suppliers I need in place and I will NEVER buy anything from them but still they continue to call

Would not use this company
I was sent wrong materials, while waiting on the delivery driver collecting wrong items , I was then sent an invoice and then a solicitor's letter. Then had the cheek to send me an invoice for the goods I did not receive. Lack of communication and customer service skills zero. I won't be using this company again

They send me a text saying delivery…
They send me a text saying delivery will be tomorrow for an order I didn't place. Then they invoice me for it and when I ring to sort it the account lady says it is a credit note and it says it on top of the invoice which it didn't,they sent me this a week later. pretty much saying I was stupid. Won't use again

Got my first ever delivery from Prestige Building Supples and the box and beads was damaged, I sent them back and they sent new ones out. The problem I had was it made my job delayed as I ordered them for that job. All good in the end eventually

I received Invoice, I thought you would consider and I won't be burdened with Credit?

I have looked into this. Your items were delivered, but due to the fact that you reside in a block of flats with multiple access restrictions and you not being present, the driver left the items for you after conversing with you on the phone. In the short time between us leaving them and you arriving back at the property, the items went missing, for which we have credited the invoice.
Still trying to get order picked up…
Still trying to get order picked up after 4 weeks . Sold me items that weren't in stock and wouldn't be for weeks waste of time
