Had a tough time finding the right trustworthy genuine business who could provide me with the gaming pc I imagined to have until I came across Pc Lab!!
These guys are amazing, they provided me with the services I wanted and a little bit more.
I am really chuffed with my latest purchase.

Acquired the 1st Pc, but an issue developed causing me to take it back.
We then worked out a deal to have it replaced and upgraded and Jo was kind enough to lend me another Pc in the mean time whilst he ordered the specific parts for the new build.
He also gave me some freebies (1tb HDD and anti virus software!)

Jo was very helpful through the whole process.
Lending me a Pc, moving drives about from one to another, and even went the extra mile (miles, literally! ):) to bring me a replacement part to my house early in the morning before I went to work!
In my experience, I received excellent customer service and he said I could contact him if there's any assistance I needed.
If he continues to treat everyone like he treated me, he deserves to be successful in the future.

I have had a great experience using pc labatory
I had been in the market for a pc for some time but was unsure of what sort of pc to go for.
Joseph was very helpful in building a pc suited for me, that has worked brilliantly since i purchased it a couple months ago.
I did encounter an issue with the pc so I got back in contact with Joseph and he resolved the problem very promptly, he even offered to upgrade my pc whilst it was being fixed and since reciving the pc back it has performed amazingly.
Would highly recommend pc labatory to anyone looking to get a custom built pc for whatever specification you require!

Joseph made a custom PC for me and recommended the best specs for what I need, he was very patient and gave me updates frequently about the PC. Also, he agreed to let me test it to make sure everything works great so he delivered it personally and told me to let him know if I have any issues in the future so he can help me.

The PC works amazing and it's even much better than I expected!

Overall we’ve found the experience with Pc Laboratory to be exemplary.

We had a few issues with the ordered PC but the service & support have been excellent.

We received follow up calls after receiving the PC to ensure we didn’t need any help with loading out software etc & to ensure there were no issues.

When we did have one issue that wasn’t quickly resolved over the phone we were immediately offered a refund or replacement; no quibbles.

With the level of service & support received it was an easy decision to go for a replacement. Everything has since run smoothly & we are happy customers

-They toom payment.
-They then sent an email within 15 minutes saying the PC was out of stock, and asked for my phone number so they could call me to discuss (I didn't give it to them.)
-Literally no other way to contact them except by their Email; received no responses to any I'd sent over the course of a couple of weeks.
-Eventually had my bank refund me fully.
-Have experienced a significant uptick in spam sent to my Email since this happened.

It looks like they've updated their website since then, but the fact that their "contact us" section is just a form to fill out, including asking for your Email and phone number, without offering no real means of contacting them is sketchy as f***.

I sent PLENTY of Emails and literally never received a response... the only two Emails I've received from you are:

"Hello, unfortunarely we've run out of those particular cases..." which was sent 15 minutes after I'd placed the order on a late evening.

"Back in Stock - Hurry! 10% OFF" which wassent to me a few days ago which prompted me to finally do a review recounting my awful experience.

I also invite any prospective customers to take a look at the Refund Policy on their website, where it says vebatim "Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]". This hasn't changed since I'd taken the screenshots as part of reporting this scam to my bank 6 months ago, but at least they've since fixed the their logo which used to say "PC Labrotory," so well done for that I guess.

Do not trust, search for a PC elsewhere.

Amazing custom PC!

I got one built for me and had it delivered to me. I later decided I wanted to upgrade it and they even offered to build the upgraded system and allow me to return the existing one and simply pay the difference.

Build time super quick! Amazing customer service. Joe was a true treasure throughout and answered all of my questions.

Recommend without hesitation!

I’ve been wanting to buy a PC for a very long time but was reluctant until I came across PC laboratory and the process was so smooth and he was very friendly and was very professional I’d recommend for any one trying to buy a pc with specific specs in mind to come here
