I bought a lifetime subscription and they blocked my account. These people are scam. Suck service.

Tool has been abandoned but still collect money if someone try to buy. It's a scam and should be taken down. Shame as it was working till it was alive!

When I first used it, it was great...however, as everyone else has stated, you cannot log in with your LIFETIME credentials, and they do NOT respond to any emails. I've tried several times over the last year and if I could figure out how to get my money back, I would and will.

Scam...disabled my account that I barely used (maybe once a year lightly). No response to my emails.

I thought I was the only one until I saw many others are having the same issue.

I bought a lifetime account in stacksoical and it was working like a charm for the first few years. Now its not accepting my credentials and support team is not responding. Please dont buy this product as it seems to be a scam.

Similar to the other reviews. I bought a Lifetime Subscription, only for them to lock me out and not respond to any messages.

I purchased an LTD from this site years ago, and the account and password worked perfectly. I tried for the entire week and received an error message stating that the user/password is incorrect. When I attempted to reset my password, the system notification "system is too busy" appeared. There was no response from support. Based on similar comments, I believe the seller has abandoned the lifetime agreement for early investors.

I feel cheated by PDFBear who sold me a 'Life Membership' that turned out to be worthless. I even reported the issue to AppSumo, who tried to contact the vendor for help, but they, too, were ignored. New buyers, beware!
The vendor stopped providing support for the product after a few months, and I was no longer able to use it.
I am very disappointed with PDFBear. I feel like I was cheated out of my money. I would not recommend buying from AppSumo or the vendor in question. Please be careful before you make a purchase!

Somebody invest in a bear trap with me so that I can mount this bears head above my mantle. Total grab and go……lifetime subscription for a couple of months of service and now it’s out of commission.

Like several of the other reviewers here, I had a lifetime membership that suddenly stopped working. Attempts to reset my password produce a "System too busy. Try again later," message. Attempts to get help through their contact feature on the website produce nothing at all. It was good while it lasted, but now I feel scammed.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I purchased a LIFETIME Pro license from StackSocial, after a "life" of having issues, errors and bugs, finally one day my login info was refused and that's was all. There is no way to contact them (phone, chat, person or anything other than an online form that they never aknowledge/answer). Just good luck finding any support wathsoever! Their server is eternally busy and there is no way of recovering your email/password. I even contactet the "heros" from StackSocial asking for help... but they were useless, of course, they just asked me to contact PDFBear myself. Anyhow, leason learned (for $69.99), I'll never again deal with StackSocial and their bogus "lifetime" offers.

This is a complete scam. Had a lifetime account, and now I am locked out and can not use their services anymore. No reaction or reply from their customer service after numerous attempts. Stay away from them.

Beware of PDFBear, as it appears to be a dubious company. I had a premium account with them and was shocked to find out that they cancelled it without any justification or notification. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, I have received no response. The lack of transparency and customer service raises red flags about their business practices. If you encounter any services offered by PDFBear, proceed with caution and consider other options, as this company may not be trustworthy.

Loved the product when it was working, but it stopped working a few months ago and support is not responding to any requests. Dead in the water currently.

Update July 2023:
Was great as it lasted.
Sadly for some time my lifetime-credentials stopped working and no one replies. Looks dead. Very sad :(
