Ordered on Instagram some clothes, the shipping kept being delayed, up to 8 weeks - refund was promised, its been ONE year and I am still chasing. One of the worst customer services and experiences I've had

SCAM!! Stay away!

I placed an order in November, 2025 for over $100. The items were never shipped and no tracking information was ever provided.

After multiple follow-ups, I was told there were “quality control issues” and was offered a refund. I accepted the refund option in early January 2026 and was provided what appeared to be a refund confirmation.

It is now late February 2026 and I have still not received the refund.

On top of that, the company’s website domain is now parked and inactive. Huge scam for Christian clothing. Insane work.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Ordered on the 5th of December 2025 and still have not received my order. Emails are being ignored. Similar to other reviews I was told the order is delayed due to sale demand, then it was quality control, then I was told multiple dates that the order would be shipped and now emails have not been answered since 5 January 2026. Unfortunately they market themselves as a "a faith-centered apparel brand" while scamming customers.

Avoid avoid avoid

Avoid avoid avoid. Similar issues as mentioned by others, continually delaying “dispatch” date and became unresponsive when I said I just want my order cancelled. After waiting for a month for them to refund me, even when I tried reaching them on social media, I’ve now proceeded with my bank claim. This brand needs to be transparent and better - especially with new collections being dropped despite of lack of fulfilment on orders from months ago.

contrary to Christian values

I ordered the Child of God II Brown Dual-Zip Fleece Boxy Hoodie in size L after being impressed by the brand’s website, which presents itself as premium, ethical, and explicitly Christian. Unfortunately, the entire experience was deeply disappointing.

The delivery was significantly delayed (over 14 days) with no clear or reliable communication about when the item would arrive. Only after the purchase did it become apparent that the product is dropshipped from China and shipped by air, something that is not transparently disclosed on the website. This lack of transparency is misleading, especially for customers who associate Christian brands with fair production, ethical sourcing, and honesty.

When the hoodie finally arrived, it did not meet expectations at all. The fit is completely off: the jacket is far too short and in no way comparable to the proportions shown in the product images. The sizing is misleading, and the overall quality does not match the premium impression created by the website or the high price point. The product feels significantly overpriced for what is essentially a poorly produced mass item.

What made the situation even worse was the extremely poor customer support. Despite the clear mismatch between the product and its presentation, my complaint was repeatedly framed as a “personal preference,” and I was pushed toward bureaucratic hurdles instead of a fair solution. I was even required to fill out a Google form to request a return — despite not having a Google account — which felt like another unnecessary obstacle.

As a customer, it gave me the strong impression that consumer rights in this online shop are being actively discouraged or suppressed, rather than respected. In cases like this, the burden should not be on the customer to “prove” an obvious defect or misrepresentation.

Most disappointing of all is the brand positioning. I find it deeply troubling — and honestly a shame — that a company markets itself so strongly as Christian, while selling overpriced dropshipping products from China, lacking transparency, quality, and fair customer treatment. Christian values like honesty, fairness, and responsibility are heavily emphasized outwardly, but unfortunately not reflected in the actual business practices.

I genuinely wish I had researched the brand more thoroughly beforehand, rather than trusting the Christian values presented on the surface. After my experience, I discovered that other customers have reported very similar issues, which sadly confirms that this was not an isolated case.

Overall, I cannot recommend this shop. The product quality, transparency, pricing, and especially the customer support fall far short of what the brand promises.

Avoid this company

I ordered a sweat top back on 10th December for an Xmas gift. I chased this up on several occasions approaching Christmas and was told that they have been inundated with orders and are struggling to meet demand. Therefore my order would be delayed. When I again enquired just before the Christmas break I was told that the item was in Quality control and I wouldn't receive this by Christmas. I was offered a refund but I said that I would stick with the order in the hope that I would get it shortly after Christmas and I told the person that this gift was for that it had been ordered but delayed. Following on after the new year once again I contacted Peace Studio via email 3 times chasing up this order. I had no reply. I then reported to American Express as I had paid for the goods on my card. That day I had an email from Peace Studio to say that the quality of the sweat top wasn't acceptable and therefore they had started the order again. I asked for a refund. This was on the 6th January. I was assured that the refund had been made with a note in the email to say that if I don't receive this refund that they can't do anything further as it has left their bank and I would have to take it up with the bank. To date I still have not received this refund and I'm not sure whether or not I will as I get the feeling that this company is not committed in what they do. I feel that I have been scammed to be honest!

Schlechter Support, unvollständige Lieferung

3 von 5 Artikel sind nach ca einem Monat angekommen (angegeben waren ca 6 Werktage Lieferzeit). Den Rest habe ich selbst nach über 6 Monaten nicht erhalten. Unzählige Mails die jedes Mal anders beantwortet wurden und letztlich keine Versprechung eingehalten wurde. Keine Erstattung und großes Hin und her… erst hieß es, dass es geht, dann kam nichts mehr, dann eher nein, dann hieß es nach 4 Monaten man müsse das mit dem Chef noch abklären und nach 5/6 Monaten geht es wohl über PayPal nicht mehr, da es zu lange her ist.
Es gab eine scheinbare Sendungsnummer, bei der man keine Infos einsehen konnte, scheinbar konnte das Paket dann nicht an mich zustellen da es Probleme mit der Adresse gab (ich habe nichts geändert und die ersten 3 Artikel kamen spät aber ohne Probleme mit meiner Adresse an). Vor 1,5 Wochen habe ich meine Adresse erneut bestätigt, mal sehen ob da noch was ankommt.

Die Qualität der angekommenen Artikel ist nicht schlecht und die Designs sehen schön aus, aber made in China, zum Teil kein wirkliches Etikett innen, daher trotzdem noch 2⭐️ am Ende.
