Ordered from the UK and items arrived in good time - had one issue where one item was incorrect but contacted customer service who responded quickly and resent correct item immediately out and let me keep the one sent by mistake - I would not hesitate to order from them again

Their slime is definitely high quality. I ordered a bundle of different kinds for my daughter last year and they were all really good.
A couple of weeks ago my daughter asked for a single clay kit. I bought it, but when it arrived the clay component was not what we had ordered. I emailed the company because, after tax and shipping, I paid almost $30 for that one kit.
They got back to me right away and were very friendly and professional. The clay piece wanted was sold out, but they offered to send another slime of her choosing. She found one she liked and they immediately sent the package.

So I think this is a good quality product and they care about customer satisfaction. :~)

Their slime is one of the best. And they get right back to you if you email. I received one of slimes with a broken lid and they sent me a new one. Thank you so much...

The Peachybbies slime is so amazing!! We gave away their slime at our Easter celebration and all the kids absolutely loved it!! I went on to order it again for birthday presents for my daughter's friends. I accidentally had an old lady moment and ordered the same order twice. Peachybbies helped me rectify it right away. Highly recommend!! It's not messy and is really fun.

I have ordered from Peachybbies several times and we have always received awesome products! The last time the shipment was lost and they were wonderful and kind enough to resend the shipment for my granddaughters. A great company to do business with. Five STARS all the way. Great customer service.

My daughter loves the slime. Shipping is always fast and customer service is great. I wish shipping was a little less, or free with the subscription box.

Absolutely amazing customer service! My four-year-old son absolutely loved his slime but unfortunately because of the strong scent I wasn't able to enjoy my slime and after reaching out to the company and explaining my situation they very generously offered to replace my purchase with an unscented slime and I am so very grateful and appreciative! I can't wait to stretch and squeeze the liquid fireworks slime lol thank you Peachybbies you guys are awesome!

the slime was FANTASTIC, perfectly stretchy, not too sticky, best slime ever! but i’d like to say the customer service is great! unfortunately my slime was initially delivered to the wrong address (thankfully i got it back same day!) and they were so understanding when i reached out in a panic! 100/10! already purchased my next slime!

Peachybbies is a phenomenal company making a top notch product that helps kids alike with sensory issues and the like with it being for ASMR. From a variety of sents, textures and cool names, you can't be steered wrong. The customer service is top notch handled by courteous and professional representatives.

I got my slimes for Christmas the week after one of my friends gave me one they hadn’t played with in 2 years. Took me less than one pen to reactivate it. Then I left my slimes alone for until feb 15 they were not deactivated and worked perfectly. Then today I went to target and got kawaii cow. It’s my favorite texture so far and this is my favorite thing to save up babysitting money for.

This company not only makes the best slimes on the market, but truly values its customers.

Me and my 2 daughters love these slimes! Always a great service; even living in the UK the slimes come perfectly and beautifully packed and sent with care. We love the variety of textures and colours and of course the great smelling SCENTS. Even if the slime is a little sticky; the fixing spray soon fixes that, it’s just all around AMAZING!

They are amazing the customer service is impeccable, they respond really quick and efficient and are very helpful when it comes to mistakes! They are very kind and genuine and the whole experience made me love them more as a brand. This was my first purchase but definitely not my last!

It's my bday in 5 days and I've been wanting milas cotton candy slime but when I looked its sole out btw it came out today not there fault but I'm now upset my dream gone (I'm 9)I have always watched their videos since I was 5 so around 5 years ago till this day love you peachy

Excellent, fun and creative slimes. My kiddos and I love them. We had a delivery issue on an order and they were extremely quick to reply and provide options to resolve the issue.
