They don’t response
When your purchase is done they don’t reply to your massage
I bought from them and also paid for products but the wrote on the invoice
Order status:under review but I already paid for products but now they see and read my messages but not reply
I requested documentation, but Peacock Beauty Wholesale never provided invoices or supply chain documentation. Furthermore, the products are counterfeit, not genuine. Once received, they cannot be returned.
Ich habe 6 Bestellungen gemacht und nur eine ist angekommen. Immer Ausreden mit Probleme beim Transport usw. Jetzt antwortet keiner mehr und 10k Euro sind weg und um die Frage von anderen zu beantworten, Amazon akzeptiert die Rechnungen auch nicht, Finger weg!

The website was under maintenance for only two days, but it is now fully functional and working fine.
The shopping experience is good, their website is good, their way of buying is easy, their WhatsApp support is good too.
The problem is that they send you the product and they don't make sure it arrives. They sent it to me via Fedex, they listed the shipment as delivered, but they never delivered it to me. I ask them to please make a claim with Fedex, they tell me yes, it will take 2 weeks for them to give me a refund, and those 2 weeks have already passed and they haven't given me my money back. I'm here, waiting for this company to return my funds, and I will buy from them again to find out if they really comply or not. At the moment they don't give me a solution or an answer.
Fedex says it delivered, but it didn't do so at the address we gave it. There is no help from this company, it ships and if Fedex delivers anywhere and says "delivered" the problem is yours and there are no solutions.

This is your tracking number: 779944341884, and anyone can track it on the FedEx website publicly. No one can manipulate it, as we cannot list it as delivered until it is delivered in real-time.
The problem is you used an unreliable third-party warehouse. They are denying to you about the shipment they received., This is something that we are not responsible for 🙏.
However, we are tried to provide you with so a possible solutions.
And regarding the refund, it is not meeting the FedEx policy as it was successfully delivered to the exact given address by you,
and the warehouse employee signed for it.
And we can offer refund for the lost and damaged products without any question,
