peadf is an online PDF editor and document sharing service for people and businesses that need to update PDFs without the original source file. Use the browser editor to change existing PDF text, reflow paragraphs, find and replace wording, fill forms, sign documents and redact content. Embedded fonts are reused where available. Built-in OCR recognises text in scanned pages, while separate PDF tools help you merge, split, compress, organise and convert documents. Editing and tool processing happen locally on your device, without uploading your document for processing. This is separate from optional PDF hosting: when you choose to share a document through peadf, you upload it so recipients can view it online. Hosted PDFs have a shareable link and QR code. Replace a document while keeping the same link and QR code, so menus, price lists, brochures, handbooks and other frequently updated files remain easy to access. Hosting features include view analytics and password protection, with custom domains available on selected paid plans. Editing can be tried without an account. Downloading an edited PDF from the full editor requires an account and paid access. A free account can host up to five PDFs, with a short advert shown to visitors. Paid plans remove viewing ads, include edited PDF downloads and increase hosting capacity. peadf works in a web browser, with no software installation required.
