Despite all the hiccup I had with the airlines delays, lost baggage, and etc. Betul (my contact person), was exceptional in assisting me. Betul went above and beyond. Including working on her day off. I felt safe and secured.

From the start to the finish I was cared for with the highest level of attention. Mr Veli and his team are amazing. My Medical advisor Betül is the most beautiful girl ever. Personally and professionally. Communication was super easy and very comforting. She literally held my hand through every step of the way.
The transfers to and from anywhere were very comfortable. My hospital stay, down to every little detail were customised for my very comfort. I was accompanied by my sister who stayed with me and she was also looked after in every way. I couldn’t thank this team enough for how I have been treated.

My initial contact was Murat who has been with me through this journey, he has been amazing. Everything discussed before I traveled as described. He was at the airport to greet me in the VIP vehicle and has made the whole process seamless.

Surgery went well and I haven’t been in any pain. They took 4,100 grafts. I can’t wait to see the results.

The only minus was the air conditioning at the Cumblin Hotel which was too hot despite me asking for it to be lowered. This interrupted my sleep.

Because of my level of hair loss I need two procedures. I am so pleased with Peaktohealth, that I have already paid a deposit and am coming back later in the year.
