They are scamers it's been more than 2 weeks still waiting for my parcel.they don't give reply to your emails. Really disappointed. Don't buy from them.

Ordered a vtech laptop for my son
Ordered a vtech laptop for my son, this was supposed to be delivered by DPD, unfortunately DPD said parcel was delivered but it wasn't. I contacted Pearl and Bear via email, they responded quickly, opened an investigation within a day, had the outcome and resolution the day after that, they offered to refund or replace my item. I have received my refund within two days, as stressful as this situation was,these guys are quick, friendly and efficient. I hope to order again in the future

Some great offers, however placed an order a week and a half ago and had no correspondence about when it’s been shipped, I have emailed twice and sent a message on Facebook to which I have had no reply! Really hoping this isn’t a scam!
