Read other reviews after ordering and was slightly concerned but no need to worry.

Worst returns experience I've ever seen.

The website has a scrolling banner suggesting "Easy returns". That is not my experience.

Returns are not free, and I've only been given 1 option to pay £6.27 to return 5 ties. Feels absolutely extortionate.

I wasn't particularly expecting to have to pay to return, you rarely do! But the fact that I've got to print a label, drive to a DPD parcel shop, and pay a completely inflated postage cost has brought me here... Not "Easy" at all!

Naturally I don't like to pay, but I do understand that this happens... but not being able to choose how to return the item... and being given only 1 option is really annoying.

Thought I'd note it here in case anyone is wondering how the returns process is handled.

The excellently made jacket arrived on time and fitted perfectly. The packaging and delivery was well executed.

The item was sized correctly, described correctly, the on-line photos did not mislead. Very happy with the quality of the item, the speed of delivery, and the service in general. Trust the supplier - will buy again.

The items came very quickly

Ordered an item listed as in stock. Emailed customer service 10 days later as no dispatch information. 30 days from the date of order no dispatch information, no response from customer service. Had to get my bank to dispute the transaction and get a refund.

I order some shorts at the end of last year and they still have not been dispatched. I have contact the company many times and have now also requested a refund. Other than an automated email saying they are very busy and will respond when they can I have had no response to my emails. So about 6 weeks on - no reply to my emails, you can't phone them and no delivery. I have looked up the parent company (Brand Machine Group) and tried to email them through their online form. No response from there either. Looking like this company is a scammer. The company director (Abu Talib JALIL - do a search for yourself) appears to own lots of companies, (many with 'Brand Machine' in the name, some active some dissolved) and the registered address of the one Peckham Rye comes under has just changed on the 4th Jan 24. The 'our story' on the website is clearly a lie. All together probably not a good sign and clearly not a reputable company.

Tie was okay but trying to return an item had been really inconvenient. No drop off centres near me and they are unable to generate a returns email - why I can’t fathom. They have told me just to post it back myself.

The delivery of the jacket was the worst I have EVER seen. There was no packaging or protection for the garment, no folding either , it appeared to be just thrown in the box.
Appalling for a relatively expensive item -£220.
If this is how PRYE serve their customers I certainly have 2nd thoughts about buying from the company again.
