We’ve been around for 55 years now, so we know just how much value our customers put on their animals. They’re not just for birthdays, or for Christmas – they’re part of the family. And, being a family run business ourselves, we know just how important the concept of family is. We currently trade from a 6000 sq ft warehouse on Cleveland Street and a 1800 sq ft superstore in Anlaby, and stock a wide range of products for all kinds of animals – from spiders to stallions, chickens to chameleons and, of course, the trusty dog and cat!

I made an order for 3?tubes of dog toothpaste on the 29th of April I still have not received the toothpaste or had any emails about it other than a thank you for placing the order so I am waiting for someone to contact me about it!!!

Don't like subscribing future orders
All good but didn't like having to subscribe to more orders on a regular basis. I'm not like that and neither is my dog.

Just to clarify, we don’t require customers to subscribe to regular orders. The only subscription option we offer is the ability to sign up for an email notification when an item is back in stock. We receive deliveries weekly and update our website daily, so products are usually restocked quite quickly.

Its actually 'scary' how many online purchases have issues at point of purchase, despatch/ delivery dates, courier service etc etc, so this made for a very pleasant surprise.
The item was cheaper than any other retailer ( not that there were many) and to be able to purchase a purple bird feeder was amazing in itself.
Item packaged well and arrived in mint condition.

From checking your order, it was delivered on the same day this review was posted. Our delivery timeframe is typically 3–5 working days from the date the order is placed, and your parcel arrived on the 5th working day, which is within that estimated timeframe.
