Terribly rude and awful customer…
Terribly rude and awful customer service!
I requested a quote from Pegasus finance and after chasing for over two weeks I received a very rude email advising they wouldn't bother trying to help me. This was not due to my credit score or eligibility as I received very competitive offers from two other companies. Terribly rude and we will never deal with them again.
Following their below reply, I can confirm that pegasus finance has made no attempt to contact me - yet more lies.

We take all feedback seriously and are committed to providing a professional, efficient, and friendly service to all our customers. However, we do not believe this review accurately reflects our standards or processes.
Our team responds to every customer inquiry within one hour during business hours, so a two-week delay would be highly unlikely. Additionally, all calls are recorded for quality control and emails are monitored; our staff are carefully managed to ensure professional conduct at all times. We have reviewed our records and found no instance where an advisor would have responded in the manner described.
We also reached out to the reviewer (JAF) for further details so we could investigate their concerns thoroughly, but we received no response. Without this information, we are unable to verify that they ever engaged with our business.
We are always happy to assist customers with their finance needs and encourage anyone with concerns to contact us directly so we can provide the best possible service.

Fran at Pegasus Finance made it nice and easy to organise finance for my caravan nice and stress free and always very pleasant to talk to explaining the process and making sure I understood what was needed, thank you very much for your help Fran .

Purchased a caravan using Pegasus finance. From beginning to end the process was smooth and hassle free. Always kept up to date through the various stages. Lauren at Pegasus was very helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Will definitely be back in the future.

Collected the motorhome today
Collected the motorhome today and I just want to take this time to thank Lorraine for all of her help throughout the purchase process for the motorhome.
Lorraine has taken all the stress and pressure off me to complete the sale. She has gone above and beyond ensuring she sorted all of the paperwork, phone calls and emails without me needing to do much.
She has showed great manners and attitude throughout it all and been so approachable and polite. I can thank her enough for the smooth sale, I would highly recommend her to others and use this company myself in the future if needed.

Five stars for these guys made it so easy to get finance for my caravan I don't have a perfect credit record but everything was so simple and had good communication at every stage would recommend these to anyone.

Complete time wasters!!
Called for a quote on Wednesday 23/10 told could have a decision that day as also stated on website quick easy decision's within 60 mins i was confident so went ahead put a hard search on my credit file and completely blew my chances elsewhere…its now 3pm Monday 28/10 ive had no communication and had to chase myself several times i even called today put on hold and cut off and no ones called back… subsequently lost the motorhome we were after now because of the delay appalling service
