The items are coming from China, so...with this I said all

I bought some swimwear from this company and when I received it, it was so cheap and nasty, not like expected. It had come from China, packaging was branded differently (not under the name Pelie) and in a horrible plastic covering.

I asked to return the item and had to send all the way to China! Out of principle I did this.
I posted at my own expense, sending a tracking number to the company via our email conversion who said they would refund on receipt.

A few months on, I have just received the parcel back, which from customs labels, I can see has traveled all the way to China.

I am now out of pocket for the swimsuit and the postage.

I am deeply unhappy with this product and the service. No one should have to return an item to China when they were believing they had bought it in the UK for a start.

Bought a dressing gown for my wife as a Christmas present, only had it on twice and it literally started falling apart, when I reached out to them, they just ignored me, do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this company.

Zero customer service and cheap looking, not matching description items. Their returns policy is a joke as it is that company and their customer service. Needs reporting as so many people have been scammed. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Ordered lingerie in one colour, I've been sent another colour and been told that becouse of screening differences the colour might look different. The audacity!!!

Products ordered, and wrong items delivered, and very poor quality. I am now trying to return and being told there will be a £5-10 per item fee, and they are refusing to provide the return address.

I’d give 0 stars absolute scam they send you cheap fake copy’s of what’s in the photos make it impossible to get a refund so if you’ve paid call your bank and report it as a scam get your money back and never buy online

Horrendous! AVOID!

Ordered an item and it took over 2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived it was completely wrong! Looked nothing like what I ordered at all. Contacted customer service to get the return address and they have refused to give it to me, offering me a 10% refund or an alternative item. I continued to push for the return address and they still haven’t given it to me. The item was poor quality, in Chinese packaging even though the company is .co.uk !!! Avoid like the plague if you actually want to receive the correct item!

Awful! Uk website but items are from China. Tried to cancel order after waiting 5 days as item still showed as ‘being processed’ they advised that I can only return the items once delivered and will have to pay between £7-£15 PER ITEM to return to individual sites. Was also told delivery can take up to 3 weeks.
Arrived after 8 days and all items were from China and very cheaply made. Charging quality UK prices and ordering from Temu, it’s a scam. Do not use!

I bought an item that was labelled 'turquoise'. They sent me an item that was 'mint' green. It even said mint on the tag. Assume they ran out of turquiose ones and sent me the closest colour they had. They refused to acknowledge their mistake, despite me sending them photos, repeatedly replying to my emails saying it was the same item. They wanted me to pay £7.50 to return it.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. The product doesn't look like the one in the photo, it's defective, low quality and the cups (it's a bodysuit) are basically cardboard! I send pictures proving all of these things and keep offering "alternatives" like keeping the item and a partial refund, sending another item, etc instead of just processing a full refund as they should. Stay away at all cost, seriously don't waste your money. The photos they use to advertise their products are probably stolen from a proper brand, so don't be fooled!

This is NOT a UK company, it’s a con and when you email them some “Paula” sends you a bunch of links stating it’s in their T&Cs that the items can take up to 20+ days to ship for international countries, I.e. China but none of this is disclosed during checkout. I’ve submitted a case with Trading Standards and they’re looking into it.

This is a Chinese company who are stealing peoples money, not delivering the product and are charging high prices to come across as a normal retailer.

Please be aware and do not buy from these people. I have never received my item and doubt I ever will.

Terrible customer service , cancellation policy, extremely long delivery time. Terms. Delivery time not made explicitly clear at checkout.

Abysmal quality. The worst item I have ever seen. Awful unhelpful support. Know they are on to a loser as they tried repeatedly to get me to agree to 20% refund without returning the items as they wanted to try and make some profit. Still kept a large amount of my money as "cost of return". Con artists. Rubbish item, rubbish service.

Do NOT buy from this company they have awful quality items and do not give you your money back if there is something wrong. They should be shut down they are a scam! All the reviews are bad I wish I had looked.

Received incorrect items then was told I could only have a 20% refund?? No offer of a return shipping label. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
Spent £65 on two bikinis had to wait 2 weeks for delivery only to see the wrong items sent!
