Great communication and super fast shipping!

Pencil Guy Shop is amazing! Super quick, responsive, and always willing to help — even with last-minute requests. They’ve gone out of their way after hours to make sure I was taken care of.
The products are delivered exactly when promised and the quality is excellent. I use them for my classes and couldn’t be happier.
Highly recommended!

The pencils were exactly what I ordered. They double checked to make sure tge print was correct and it arrived faster than expected.

Ordered 500 of the matte black with our church logo. Great pencils!

Service was very responsive–proof image of graphic was a bit pixelated, but final product was perfect!

Haven't been shipped yet, but so far I am quite pleased with how simple they were to create and how nice Mr. Brian was, as well as promising to ship promptly. Looking forward to working with ya'll again soon.

Pencils are perfect and service is excellent!

I’m updating a previous review to reflect the customer service experience I had with this company. My order was not delivered due to an internal issue. I put my review out noting that it did not arrive. Brian immediately responded and is sending my order to me. This is awesome customer service. He offered to adjust or send my money back. I am excitedly anticipating the arrival of my order so I can provide a full review. It’s nice to see a company respond so quickly.

The imprinting was terrific. They showed you a preview before they did the work which is nice. And when the pencils actually arrived they were even better than hoped for. I was very impressed and excited. They arrived quickly, too. I highly recommend them.

Order has not arrived. I don’t have an update on the status, but I’m constantly asked to provide a review.

The Pencil Guy was great! Very personalized service, great prices, high quality, and quick!

The pencils turned out better than expected. The lettering came out great.

Prices are great. Brian is always helpful. This is our second order for our club, and it won't be the last.

The pencils are so handsome! Prompt shipping, good communication with Brian. Had a little trouble early on getting a draft of our design, but that was quickly resolved. Thanks!
