Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Experience
I ordered a Canyon Western Wool Shirt (€347.90) from Pendleton EU, and the experience has been a complete disappointment. UPS failed to deliver the order and did not notify me of any attempted delivery. Despite reaching out multiple times to Pendleton EU, the issue remains unresolved.
I received only a partial refund (€276.87), with no explanation for the missing amount. When I inquired about reordering the shirt with a reliable delivery service (like DHL), my emails were either ignored or inadequately addressed.
Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. I was left to deal with the aftermath of their delivery partner's failure, including paying taxes for an item that was never delivered.
I expected better from a premium brand like Pendleton. Avoid ordering from them unless you enjoy frustration and poor service.
BUYER BEWARE. AVOID EU PENDLETON WEBSITE SCAM
AVOID BUYING FROM EU WEBSITE AT ALL COST. Fell in love with Pendleton blankets in March after buying in Oregon. Decided to buy many more when in London. Huge mistake. Love turned to frustration turned to disgust. Not sure if it’s 52nd State Limited or the EU branch but customer service on this side of the pond is impressively inept. I am now forced to file a chargeback with my credit card company to fix the matter.

Terrible customer service, product not delivered for no reason. Just stopped reacting on emails. Feels like a scam.

I do not recommend this company. Non existent customer service and bad order experience that meant I didn’t get the product I wanted. How hard can it be? You are not selling complex software solutions here.
Gorgeous looking website but out to scam you....
Item of extremely poor quantity and bears little resemblance to picture on website. States credit notes only for sale items. Specifies returns must have tags attached when it came with tags loose in the bag... Sadly, despite lovely looking products it seems this site is a scam....

Handtücher sehr minderwertig
Ich habe nur Handtücher bestellt. Diese sind für den Preis von sehr minderer Qualität. Abtrocken kann man sich damit nur einseitig und hergestellt sind sie in China.
Das muster ist schön aber für so viel geld sollte auch die Qualität stimmen.

I ordered the Pendleton Brownsville Jacket on 10/10/22 for my husbands birthday... It arrived within 2 days!
I put this away without checking it for size which was a very stupid thing to do. When I did get the jacket out to wrap up for husbands birthday I realised I had made a mistake and the jacket would be too big! I felt sick as I was well over the 2 week period to send it back. I was now stuck with a jacket that was unwearable.
Thinking I had messed up big time I decided to email customer services and explain... This was on Saturday 5th November...On Monday 7th November I received a phone call from Asib at Pendleton asking how he could help me! He said he had called rather than email as he could tell through my email that I was upset and worried. Amazing!!
I explained again what had happened. Asib said he would kindly put aside the size I needed and sent a return label ready to send the jacket back.
Birthday was on 10th November and the jacket was huge... it was posted back that day... I have now received the replacement jacket...today 15th November!
From my first email there has been nothing but excellent communication with Asib. I cant recommend this wonderful company enough... They really helped me out with a mistake that I made!
And my husband loves his new jacket.
No product. No communication. No help.
I, like the other reviewer, placed an order (in February) but no confirmation received. I paid for next day delivery but no order ever delivered. The payment was immediately taken from my account by there has been complete radio silence from the company.
Both my partner and I have tried to reach customer services and there is no reply. I have called 6 times and left 4 voicemails. I have emailed. We have reached out on social media. The US team said they would 'get in touch' with the EU team who are 'dealing with it'. We have heard nothing from this EU/UK team. No emails. No calls. No product.
It's disgraceful. My money feels lost. **Do not buy from this company because you will lose money and get no product and no communication or help**. I will report this company to trading standards.
Buyer beware!
I placed an order with Pendleton & after receiving no email to say the order had been dispatched, (even though their website states all orders will be dispatched in 2 working days), I tried to contact them numerous times via email, their contact form on the website, social media and even contacting their parent company in the US, I only received one response to say they were checking with their warehouse, then nothing for weeks, they then contacted me over one month after placing the order to say part of the order would be sent out with the rest to follow, weeks later I have still only received one item from this order.
This service is totally disgusting, it has taken over a month to receive part of an order, their customer service & response time is terrible, I have paid for items and not received them. I have been in contact with local & national trading standards regarding this as they are in breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you want to actually receive items you have paid for then please do not use this company!
