Excellent choice of gifts, arrived well packaged and on time. I purchased some lovely ruby studs for my goddaughter which she loved and a T Rex head for my godson which now adorns his bedroom wall.

Once the product arrived it was great.
However, it took 8 business days, 12 actual days to arrive which was due to the Royal mail delivery not Penelopetom. My gripe is that the delivery method wasn't made clear while I was initially ordering. Only that the free shipping which I qualified for was "2-5 working days" with no mention of Royal mail second class and no tracking information
When I enquired after day 4, I was made to feel it was my fault for selecting the "free shipping" and there was nothing to do but wait

I called the company, as I was looking for a certain gift, which was not on their website. Very friendly staff helped me and within a few days it was delivered. Fabulous service.
Not only can you order online but they have beautiful stock in their lovely shop in Totnes.

Lovely initial necklace…
I bought an initial necklace for a young relative.Its very pretty and sparkly, I think she will love it as a Christmas gift. The chain is lovely.
I wish there was a small illustration of how each letter looks.

good quality items
Bought a couple of things from here a felted mouse Christmas decoration for the tree and some metal leaf lights for a garland
both were excellent quality and look great.
Easy to order and fast delivery.
Would definitely recommend.

Penelopetom goes above and beyond! I placed a substantial order that I didn’t want delivered immediately and they so kindly held it until I was ready. Not only are all the products excellent but the packaging was so beautifully done. I felt I was opening all my Christmas presents!
