My server crashed overnight and I was pretty worried about losing the data, so I contacted support to see if they could restore the latest backup. They managed to get it restored and a few hours later everything was running again. So the daily backups definitely came in clutch here
Honestly one of the best hosting providers I’ve ever used.
The biggest reason for me is the PenguHost AI. You can basically tell it what you want and it helps you set everything up. Normally I would have no idea how to configure most of this stuff myself, but with the AI it’s actually really easy.
The price is also really good for what you get. Performance has been great so far and everything feels simple to use.
Really impressed with PenguHost. Price-performance is honestly amazing. Definitely recommend it.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend PenguHost. The service did not meet my expectations, and I experienced several issues that made using the platform frustrating. Communication and support were not as helpful as I had hoped, and overall the experience felt unprofessional.
There are many hosting providers available, and based on my experience I would suggest looking at other options before choosing PenguHost.
Very good service, low downtime, highly recommend.

The personal support we received was extremely helpful. We had several conversations with them, and they really assisted us well. The best part was that they customized the server specifically for us. That's why we would give them 5 out of 5 stars because we didn't have any problems at all, and we were completely satisfied with the excellent support and the truly great performance.
