Found this product to be of high quality and well worth the cost. This pen was one of the most popular items on our table at the last two trade shows. We will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Love the product, but why put a sticker on it - people complained about it already. I also like the fact that you didn't individually wrap them - but the sticker is just too much and a pain to get off and then sticky - leave it off.

Thank you for your feedback Jodi! We're glad you love the product, and we appreciate you pointing out the concern with the sticker. To help us look into this further, could you please email a photo of your concern to reviews@pens.com? Our team would be happy to take a closer look.
Sample pic looked good, but small print on actual pen, makes name and number nearly too small to read. Also it opens/closes by twisting barrel…very inconvenient.

I and (more importantly) my customers love the pen. The flashlight feature is a big draw!
