these pens keep coming apart I have had several in the box to come apart not tighten

This order was anticipated as a tribute to the survival of our Retired Red Raiders Luncheon Group, however, it has turned into a fiasco. 75% of the pens arrived is separate pieces scattered throughout the bag which I have not even sorted through yet, giving me about 40 still assembled pens to use as mementos for our members. If I have known that this was the quality of your product and shipping packaging, I would not have ordered from your company! I closed up the box and placed it to the side until I have hours to sort through the bag and assembles what I can. I have severe arthritis in my hands and will probably have to pay a few dollars to a helper who will assist me in sorting and assembling the remainder of the pens. It'll be a miracle if I get another 40 or so pens re-assembled to use before the ink dries out and the pens are useless. I do not know if this poor product packaging is typical of your company, but certainly I wasn't expecting this unfortunate situation.

I was disappointed that we had many broken pens. I was able to fix some if them but some didn’t have all the parts to put them back together.

30% of pens were not whole. Ive never located all pieces to assemble. I feel robbed. Also the pens that had all pieces had to be screwed tight.
