I think it was more of a printing issue. with the shape of the pen all the printing did not make it to the pen

This product is a good product for the money.i liked my other pens much better that ive bought in the past . The way the economy is I just had to cut back

The pens are fantastic. Great service and fast shipping. When our order was done incorrectly, it took several days and many emails were exchange but the product was replaced with fast shipping. We are loyal customers and love pens.com.
