I can honestly say this company are amazing!! Found a pension I didn’t know I had and the customer service is 5 star and a special mention for Jack who have been so helpful He has gone above and beyond.

Bethan was so calming, and made everything sound so easy to do, she guided very well, and I am very thankful.

Overall fantastic service given very helpful and supportive service. Very friendly staff who I spoke with over the phone.

Pensionapp made it so easy for me. They do all the hard work of trawling through the many jobs I have had over the years and managed to find pensions that I knew nothing about. On the telephone I spoke with a lovely mannered young lady called Beth who couldnt have been be more helpful. Today was a good day. Thanks pensionapp

I have had a great experience with the Pension App so far. I have been dealing with Bethan who really is a great asset to the Pension App. She has been absolutely amazing in dealing with transfers/general queries. Before joining Pension App I was with another provider who were far from perfect. It’s great knowing that the Pension App act on my behalf which has eased a lot of pressure.
