I had a really positive experience with Pepper Money from start to finish.
Given my circumstances, including some adverse credit history, I wasn’t sure how straightforward the process would be. However, Pepper Money were able to assess my application fairly and support me in securing a mortgage when other lenders may not have been as flexible.
What stood out the most was how efficiently everything was handled. As this was an auction purchase, I was working to a strict deadline, and Pepper Money ensured that the process moved quickly enough for me to complete within the required timeframe. That in itself made a huge difference and took a lot of pressure off what can be a very stressful situation.
Overall, I found the service professional, reliable and solution-focused. I’m really pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Pepper Money to anyone who may not fit the criteria of high street lenders but still needs a lender who understands more complex cases.

The whole process was made easy
The whole process was made easy, the questions raised were sensible but not repetitive.
The process did take 8 weeks which seems a bit excessive and Pepper made an error in the penultimate offer.
However the overall outcome was positive.
