I found Pepper + Vetiver on Instagram and am always a bit skeptical of ads there so I followed up independently (checking reviews like this and looking at the website via my own search). My experience has been very positive. Their customer service is wonderful, the products were high-quality, the prices were reasonable, and the delivery was fast and problem-free. I would recommend this store to anyone; even my husband is impressed. Great experience all around.

Made my first purchase from Pepper + Vetiver. I ordered the Medium Palmer wood and white bowl with the coordinating salad servers. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The bowl is unique and beautiful to be out on a counter for display if you have the room. Will purchase again from this store.

I purchased the Lucera Rectangle Wood Board, and the website recommends pairing with the Lucera Round Wood Board. I purchased both. Pricey items. But was looking forward to displaying in our kitchen. I received two very different items. One was matte in finish and the other was very glossy. Clearly error on their end (quality control). I was able to return and get a refund. But unfortunately cost me $41 to return items that did not match to begin with. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Pepper + Vetiver Customer Service was excellent. I had a question about a product and they responded quickly to my email. My bowl and glasses were packaged well delivered on time. I will be ordering again soon!

Pepper + Vetiver has curated beautiful items for the home! I enjoy viewing their website and finding pieces that would enhance my decor. I always find something that I would like to own. They ship quickly and items are always packed well to protect the items purchased.

I loved that what you saw was indeed what you got. Great serving bowl and servers made of high quality and very functional. Love it washesxeasily wiping it down w little soap and water dries well looks new live making salads in it and enjoy the great customer service when I was trying to figure what size. Happy with my purchase and will buy again from them.
