We used this company back in April this year to help our 14 and a half year old Chocolate Labrador at short notice.
After a few calls to other companies who were unable to assist, PEP were able to find a vet to come out within a few hours and assisted us in finding/ arranging a cremation locally. From the team on the phone to Dr Sam who came out, everyone was so kind, thoughtful, patient and sympathetic.
We’re so thankful that they were able to help us give our most loved four legged family member a peaceful and comfortable way to leave us for rainbow bridge 🌈

We used The Pet Euthanasia People to help us help our lovely boy Chipolata.

Kathryn was great. She understood the gravity of what we were battling with. Handled us sensitively and with huge kindness.

She sent Vet David who was absolutely amazing with us all. It was the same day and a Sunday at that. He arrived on time, pre-sedated Chippie and gave him pain relief as well as some sausages for distraction, so he didn’t feel anything and was not distressed at all. Just peaceful. He was also great with our other dog, giving him attention and space as needed.

She then sent the crematorium people who were equally lovely giving us the time and space to process what we were dealing with. Including our other dog.

Listen no one wants to have to use their services but if you want a dignified way to support a poorly pet Kathryn from The Pet Euthanasia People is definitely someone who can help you in your time of need.

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion shown during one of the most painful moments of my life. Saying goodbye to my beloved 17‑year‑old Jack Russell, whom I loved so deeply, was incredibly hard, but Jennie, Kathryn and Sonia made the experience dignified, gentle and full of genuine kindness.

Their empathy, professionalism and tenderness brought comfort in a moment of sorrow, and I will always be grateful for the way they honoured my little one’s life. It meant more than words can say.

I highly recommend their service to anyone facing this heartbreaking decision. Their compassion truly makes a difference.

Very smooth and well organised. It was a sad day, and we needed to book at short notice (next day). But they were very responsive, caring and managed it all very well. The vet who came was lovely, empathetic and helpful given all the circumstances. They also organised a local cremation partner to get in touch and that side was managed very smoothly as well. On these sorts of days you want minimum stress and fuss, both for yourselves and the kitty / pet, and they were excellent. Would strongly recommend.

We would like to say a huge thank you to the team who helped our beloved dog, Messi, during such a heartbreaking time.

From the very beginning, Kathryn was incredibly compassionate, kind, and supportive while helping us organise everything the day before. She stayed in contact with us throughout, showed so much understanding, and truly helped guide us through an extremely difficult situation with patience and care.

The vet and the gentleman who came to our home were also absolutely wonderful. They treated Messi — and our whole family — with such dignity, gentleness, and respect. They understood how painful this moment was for us and never once made us feel rushed or uncomfortable.

Being able to have the euthanasia done at home meant the world to us. Messi was able to be in the place where he felt safest and most comfortable, surrounded by familiar smells, his family, and the people who loved him most. Knowing he could feel our presence around him in his final moments brought us a great deal of comfort during such heartbreaking circumstances.

They gave Messi peace and comfort in his final moments, and that means more to us than words can express. Their kindness helped make one of the hardest days of our lives a little more bearable.

We are deeply grateful to Kathryn and the whole team for everything they did, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone going through such a difficult goodbye.

At a very difficult time the whole team were professional and caring, and most of all understanding. They made the whole process far easier and thought of Max's well being throughout. Also a huge thank you for the sympathy card, it was lovely thought to mark Max's passing, and the huge space this leaves in our lives.
