CHINESE HORRIBLE PRODUCTShould have read reviews first

Should have read reviews first. Arms are cut for Chinese people. customer service offered 20% off to keep after I said it didnt fit. Told me There retuyrn policy is cklear about if it ships from overseas warehouse we pay shipping but no way to find out where it is shipped from

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible company and even worse customer support in fact zero customer support. Don’t use this company there are much better companies out there. Don’t use if you do you will be disappointed. They eventually turned up and they are the cheapest fake looking trainers I’ve ever seen. Do no waste your money. One shite company

Terrible company and wrong item sent

Ordered a jacket for work, but got sent (eventually, after about a month) an entirely different jacket to that ordered. I ordered a fleece jacket, but was sent a hoodie.
Immediately contacted Perani and got several replies. Despite it being completely their fault, I am still in conversation with them a month later as they are insisting I pay for shipping to return the item to China. This is going to cost around £30. They will not refund this amount in addition to the jacket. At the moment, they are offering to send me another jacket, but I have to pay them $9 per item ... For their mistake!!!
Totally unhappy and fed up with the emails back and forth. Making stupid offers. I just want my money back and to return the wrong jacket sent.
Customer service is polite, but shocking. Very slow at responding with counter offers. Do not use!!!

Poor quality

Poor quality, hideous customer service & the arms are cut for a child. I bought an adult track suit. It looks nothing like what they have on their website. It also lacked a care label which may not sound like a big deal but it is illegal to sell clothes in America without a care label. I used to be in the dry cleaning industry so am very familiar. It is basically the TEMU of clothes but expensive!!!!

Fake Return Policy

I ordered a pair of boots that were supposed to be leather. Upon receiving the boots, they looked cheap, the fake leather was thin and fabric lined . I never wore them, initiated a return, and was told I had to ship them back to China. They were shipped to me from Chino, CA., not China. They offered me 30% refund to keep them, but I refused . I wanted my money back. It was a bait and switch with this order. Out of principle, I told them I would not accept that I had to pay to return the boots to China. They never responded to my last email. Do not order from this company. BAD BUSINESS!

Will not purchase from this company again!!

It took three weeks for my shoes to arrive. They arrived wrapped in plastic shipping bag. The shoes were pressed together. They also advertised the shoes as genuine leather, but they are not leather. I also order an 11.5 which is a half shoe size larger, but the shoes they sent are too small. I can barely get my foot in them so ultimately unwearable. They shipped from China, and they offer a refund policy, but you have to pay to ship them back to China or they will only give you 20% of the cost back. I bought these on the cheap and to ship back to China would cost almost as much as what I paid for them. Never again.

Ordered a $50 hoodie off an Instagram…

Ordered a $50 hoodie off an Instagram ad without looking into the company at all (my mistake). I was fine that it took into three weeks to get to me - it was coming from China - but the quality sucks. The zipper came apart, while zipped, in the first week. There are pocket pouches, but the entries to the pockets (on the outside) are sewn completely shut. Their response: I can mail back to China for a refund or keep the item and get a 20% refund. Shipping it back to China is ridiculous for a defective item - it would probably cost half the item's cost, which I'd have to pay. I'd be fine if I just didn't like the item and had to jump through those hoops, but it's defective: unusable pockets and very cheap zipper that's likely to completely fail very quickly.

From the moment I placed my order I tried corresponding the company’s customer service. Never heard back , when I finally said that I was going to reach out to my credit card company because they were not responding I received an email saying that I was threatening to call my credit card company unless they responded . They never did so I called them and after 11 minutes of the phone ringing I called my credit card company to report this.

What looked in the photos and was…

Utterly Dreadful sweatshop style.
What looked in the photos and was described as a Wool overcoat was actually brushed nylon. It was poorly made with tatty seams. The leather fastening was actually plastic. The photos look elegant the reality is cheap and nasty. Took weeks to arrive.

My Online Purchase Experiance with Perani


On July 31, 2025, I ordered three clothing items from Perani (total $183.37). The website presentation made the items look stylish and high quality. What I received could not have been more different.

1. Missing Item
After waiting nearly a month, my package finally arrived on August 25, 2025 — but one of the items (Voyager Striped Sweater) was missing.

2. Poor Quality
The two items that did arrive were cheaply made and far below what was advertised. The fabrics and stitching did not come close to matching what the website displayed.

3. Difficult Return Process
When I reached out to Perani’s customer service (support at peraniofficial.com
), the responses I received from their “Customer Support Specialist” were polite but evasive. Instead of promptly providing a return address, I was repeatedly offered partial refunds if I agreed to keep the unsatisfactory products:

First, they suggested a 20% refund if I kept the items.

When I refused, they increased the offer to 30% off.

Finally, they raised it again to 40% off if I agreed not to return the order.

I made it very clear from the start that I was not satisfied with the quality and would not keep the products under any circumstance, regardless of the discount offered. These repeated offers wasted valuable time and felt like deliberate stalling tactics to discourage me from pursuing a return.

4. Hidden Return Costs
Only after pressing multiple times was I finally given a return address — in China. Returning the items cost me $66.70 via USPS, which is an outrageous burden for customers and a major red flag. Most reputable companies doing business in the U.S. provide straightforward return processes and domestic return centers.

5. Ongoing Concerns
On September 9, 2025, I mailed the items back and provided the company with a tracking number. At this point, I am still awaiting a refund, and I will update this review once I see how the situation is resolved.

Final Thoughts

My purpose in sharing this review is simple: I do not want anyone else to go through what I went through. Online shoppers deserve honesty, transparency, and fairness — not hidden costs, misleading product photos, and endless resistance when trying to return items.

Although the representative’s emails were polite in tone, the company’s practices — missing products, poor quality, resistance to returns, and expensive international shipping — make this one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

I am also surprised that a business operating this way is allowed to sell to U.S. customers. To help protect others, I will do my best to reach out to U.S. consumer protection agencies and share my experience widely.

I strongly caution anyone considering shopping with Perani: proceed carefully, and be prepared for delays, hidden costs, and the risk of not being refunded.

Do not trust the descriptions of their…

Do not trust the descriptions of their items!!!!! I ordered a pair of "leather" shoes, but they definitely were not leather. The shoes smelled so strongly of chemicals when I opened the plastic bag they arrived in that I threw them in the garbage. The sole was also not as pictured and was made of a very cheap rubber/plastic looking material. You would be wise to avoid this company!!!
