The item was out of stock so I requested an update when it was back in stock which I received.
Slight issue with delivery in that the courier took the parcel to a neighbour and the delivery photo is at my neighbours. We asked if he was DPD and he said no despite DPD being on the van. My neighbour shouted that it wasn't her parcel the courier then retrieved it from 26 and brought it to us at 46.
We have no issues with the product it is exactly what we needed and very good quality. The price was good for the size of the bale - 125 litres.
Will be shopping with this seller again in the future.

Lovely customer service from Jess, I had to return a dog bed as it wasn't right for my dog and they were really understanding, and despite me probably being an annoying customer by nagging them for returns info (as the bed is bulky and was taking up space in my small flat), they were so friendly and helpful about it.

Reasonable pricing. Website easy to navigate. Quick delivery with no excessive packaging.

The dog bed is just as described, good quality, colour and washable.

It was delivered within a week with regular updates of when due.
