After a delay in shipping was resolved the unit arrived complete and in good shape.
Ultimately I would purchase another unit from them because of the great price.

The AUX 12,000 BTU Heat/Cold 25 SEER R-32 110 volt mini-split works fine but the wiring harness from the inside wall unit to the outside unit was 3’ too short. We had to extend the harness by three feet. When I went back to store there is, of course, a communication issue - no one speaks English and they had no solution. I had to go buy 12’ of 14 guage wire to extend the harness. I have photos, but there is no way to upload them.

It's Scam business,not bad business …
I purchased a PG mini split and it was damaged so bad internally on both the inside and outside units. Clearly factory or packaging damage. I realized it after I had it on the wall and opened the inside unit. Then I went and looked at the outside unit. Both were just banged up terribly.. The company would not give me a refund, or exchange although it was within a week of purchase. Instead they informed my to fill out and file a warrantee claim. A month later no and no response. I've called the headquarters and they route me to warrantee to leave a message.
This is scam business and more than bad business.

A 36,000 BTU mini-split unit was recently ordered from Perdomo Distributor.com, and the overall experience was positive. The unit arrived in excellent condition within three days, delivered by semi-truck with an hour's notice. It was carefully packed on a pallet, indicating proper handling and shipment. While there were initial reservations about ordering from the company, Perdomo Distributor.com exceeded expectations.
The installation process was seamless, with all items in the product photo included in the boxes. Upon startup, the unit responded immediately to the remote control and has operated perfectly since. Based on this experience, future purchases from Perdomo Distributor.com are recommended.
