The best "Spring Clean" for all seasons
With two young kids running around, our place sometimes needs more than regular clean! We've used PerfectClean on several occasions to help us get the place into shape for holidays, visitors etc and have been consistently happy with their service. The booking system is really easy, all the staff (admin, cleaners) are both friendly and efficient, and the end result is always fantastic. High recommend.

End of tenancy cleaning substandard cleaning.
End of tenancy cleaning. They came in time. They said I don’t have to be there (big mistake on my side. I should have supervised them). After 4 hours cleaning, the house did not smelled fresh. They poured soapy water to outside stairs and left (saying they did not have any brush) so I cleaned after they have left. The checkout clerk thought it was domestically cleaned instead of professionally and written this in his report. The tenants moved and immediacy complained that they found hairs on the carpet. Skirting boards were dusty etc. I contacted to the company and sent the copy of the checkout report. They suggested to send them back (I didn’t want them to come back as they should have done a good job in the first place). I asked partial refund but didn’t get it of course. Terrible standard of cleaning.

1. Client presence during the clean
We always welcome clients to stay on-site while we work. At the same time, we fully understand that many customers have busy schedules. When clients choose to leave the team to work independently, we remain confident that we will complete the service to the expected standard. Once your cleaning was completed, we called to advise that the property was ready.
2. Freshness and odour after cleaning
Our team uses strong, professional-grade products to effectively remove grime and dirt. For safety and ventilation, we always open windows where possible. Any lingering odour can be caused by factors beyond surface cleaning — for example carpets that have not been professionally steam-cleaned, upholstery requiring steam cleaning, or general property ventilation.
3. Stairs and disposal of liquids As advised, we did not dispose of any liquid or cleaning solution in the communal area. If soapy water was present afterwards, it may have been caused by someone else using the stairs during or after our visit.
4. Missed areas and re-visit offer.
We are genuinely sorry if certain areas were not cleaned to the standard you expected. As soon as we received your checkout report, we immediately offered a free re-visit to address all reported omissions at the convenience of your new tenant although no issues were reported in it We remain committed to providing a high-quality service and would have been more than happy to rectify any issues promptly.

Perfect Clean pricing and extra charged
Booked a clean for a 2 bedroom flat including carpets, cupboards, bathrooms, kitchen etc for Saturday at 9.00am. Price was confirmed and was informed that there would be 2 cleaners and they would take about 2 hours. However if they overran and it took longer; past midday then congestion charge would be applied, as the flat is in the congestion zone and the congestion charge is applicable between 12-6.00pm at weekends. Only one cleaner turned up. She was dropped off at 9.00 with the cleaning equipment and cleaning materials. The cleaner finished at 11.00am and was standing outside the flat smoking a cigarette. I asked the cleaner if she had finished and if she had could I check the deep clean. The cleaner confirmed that she had and informed me that the carpets were still wet and I should take my shoes and dock off to check the clean.
I checked the flat and the clean was ok.
Later that day I received a notification that Perfect Clean had taken the balance of the money that was due plus an additional £15.00 for congestion charge. I telephoned Perfect Clean on Monday to query the congestion charge and despite me telling them the cleaner had finished at 11 am and there was only one cleaner and not 2. The same driver that dropped the cleaner off came to collect her at 1.15pm. Unfortunately Perfect Clean say the congestion charge is applicable despite the cleaner finishing at 11.00am.
Just be aware of the pricing and extra charges. I have been using them for 12 years and I shall not be returning.

We would like to use this platform to clarify that all costs are reconfirmed in writing ( parking and congestion charges are applicable ONLY if the property falls in the CCharge zone).
As you have stated before, the Congestion Charge has always been added to the final cost as the property is within the Congestion Charge.
Our records show that the services were indeed provided by a team of 2 cleaners:End Of Tenancy Cleaning Service was completed at approximately 11:00 a.m., followed by a separate visit from our carpet technician, who finished the carpet cleaning at 1:17 p.m. The property is located within the Congestion Charge Zone, which becomes active from 12:00 p.m., this unavoidably resulted in a £15.00 congestion charge.
As promised the £15 Congestion Charges were Fully refunded back to you as gesture good will and with the highest hope that you will return to use our services in the near future
We completely understand how this may have caused frustration, and we do wish there were a way to avoid the charge. However, due to scheduling factors, technician availability, and the need to provide a thorough service without compromising quality, the timing could not be adjusted on this occasion. We will cover the cost on this occasion. Transparency has always been one of our core values over our 26 years in business. We make every effort to advise our clients about potential additional charges — both before confirming a booking and in the confirmation email itself.

Fantastic customer experience
Great company to work with. Have been with the company for three years. I wasn’t happy with my initial cleaner and they were attentive and understanding and found an alternative cleaner who became part of the family. When she was on annual leave, the company reach out immediately to provide a replacement. Amazing customer experience and would recommend to anyone interested in this service.

I have been very impressed with Perfect Clean London and have had an amazing cleaner who has always been prompt, friendly, efficient and a great cleaner who always goes above and beyond to help. I have appreciated the proactiveness of the staff and their prompt follow up if ever my cleaner has been unwell or is on holiday and have organised replacements for me at short notice. I have also used the company for additional weekend cleaning whilst renovating and they have sent cleaners who have been consistently good, open to a variety of tasks such as wardrobe sorting and room clearing and worked alongside me when I needed help. I would highly recommend the company and am very grateful to both my own cleaner and the Perfect Clean team.

Good clean, but check everything
End of tenancy cleaning. Cleaners were very nice, the man explained the process. They did a very fast clean of a studio flat (41m2) in under 2hrs. Kitchen, bathroom, floors were cleaned perfectly. Internal windows either weren't cleaned or weren't cleaned properly, so i asked to clean them. Same with the toilet - it wasnt cleaned at all, but they cleaned it after i pointed it out. The surface of the tv commode wasnt cleaned at all, but i noticed that only after theyd left, so i had to clean it myself. Overall good cleaning, but needed to be checked because things were missed.

One of the worst company’s I have dealt…
One of the worst company’s I have dealt with. Turned up 4hr 30 mins late. Lied repeatedly, refused to answer calls. Owner then started threatening me on the phone, shouting and demanding more money. Cleaners threatened an old lady too and refused to clean. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
