AVOID. Extremely poor experience and completely unprofessional.
I had surgery booked with this clinic, attended on the day, completed the required pre-op blood tests, and was ready to proceed. The clinic then cancelled the procedure while I was already there.
I want to be very clear. I did not cancel the procedure. The clinic cancelled it. Despite this, they refused to provide a full refund and deducted the cost of the blood tests, even though those tests were only carried out because I attended for a surgery they later cancelled.
The way this was handled was unacceptable. There was no proper apology, no accountability, and no clear explanation. The whole experience felt careless, disorganised, and extremely money-driven.
In my opinion, this clinic showed very little concern for patient care once payment had been made. Being left out of pocket after they cancelled my procedure is completely unfair and very disappointing.
Dubai has many professional and reputable clinics. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to avoid this place and choose another provider.
