Good online support
I am impressed by the online support service. I was able to exchange the jeans I ordered for another model that suits me better. This was quick and easy to do. The jeans are the perfect length and look good. The material is stretchy and comfortable. I have just ordered another pair!

I have purchased more than one pair now and I LOVE THEM. I love the range of sizing and lengths. They are the most comfortable jeans I have ever owned and the skirts are amazing

Love it! I’ve struggled for years to find jeans that are actually long enough for me, so I didn’t expect miracles. But Perfect Jeans really surprised me. Not only did they fit — one pair was actually too long. That has never happened before!
They’re incredibly comfortable with great stretch, the quality feels solid, and I love that there are different models and colors to choose from. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

The choice of sizes to choose from. The colors. The fits. It felt like a custom made jeans. Fast delivery. Option to choose DHL or post. Not from China. Now I finally have a perfect pear of jeans!

Wrong return labels sent!
These jeans are a lot of money (£89) but I decided to buy one pair. I would be buying more if they did in fact turn out to be perfect. I measured carefully so that I ordered the right size. They didn't take long to arrive but they were too small in the waist and the length. I went through the returns process which was quick and easy and I asked for a replacement pair. No problem so far. The REAL problem started after they emailed me the return labels and customs form. They all just about fit onto the bag, but the drop-off point could NOT accept my parcel as when they did the scan it became clear that the labels were the WRONG ONES. It's something to do with the fact that it's an international return. I've contacted PerfectJeans by email but I just keep getting a standard reply saying that they're receiving a high volume of enquiries. This is NO GOOD to me when I only have 14 days to return the parcel. I can't afford to lose my £89. All i ask is that I have the CORRECT return labels so that I can return them and get my replacement jeans. NOT a good experience so far.
