Balance Addicts Opiniões

Top Qualität des Produktes und perfekte Abwicklung des Vorganges

The Stützen are of excellent quality, and we are very happy with the product itself. However, we found the €20 shipping fee quite expensive. To our surprise, we were also charged an additional €37 in customs fees, which we only found out about when the shipping company arrived at our door.
Overall, this made the purchase considerably more expensive than expected. I contacted customer service, who offered me the option of returning the Stützen for a full refund. However, I did not feel this was a reasonable solution, particularly from an environmental perspective, as I actually need the Stützen and would have preferred to keep them rather than send them back unnecessarily.
While we are very satisfied with the quality of the product, the unexpected additional costs and the lack of a more sustainable solution have left us with mixed feelings about the overall experience.

Unfortunately the pedestals for my daughter's birthday have arrived without the personalisation requested. Checked the box to see if there were any stickers I needed to transfer on myself, but there's nothing there.
Very disappointing as it's for a birthday present, and I haven't got time to return and re-order. Would put me off ordering again from this company.

Arrived quickly and is perfect for my daughters training, and she absolutely loves it and building so much control and strength, highly recommend.

Colis bien reçu.

Absolutely incredible company! Excellent product— super quality and so helpful for my daughters for their balance training. They were so kind and accommodating to help me purchase from a different country and they came insanely fast. Excellent customer service!

Ankle weights arrived promptly. Good quality product. Teenage daughter pleased.

Bought a pair of arm/ankle weights which were far, far cheaper than branded Bala Bangle style weights. They seem well made and come in a storage bag so can be stored neatly away when not used. Fast dispatch and delivery and got a free lollipop in the package too!

Ordered these wobble blocks for our daughter. She loved them!

Super quick delivery and lovely handstand blocks. Great quality.

Great product, my daughter loves them. The customer service from Dan was excellent. We were let down by the courier but he sorted it immediately. 5 stars.

Fab customer service and a lovely looking product. Due to my age, stature and general clumsiness I have not tried them myself, but my acro obsessed small person rates the pedestals very highly.
Despite the first parcel going missing & me leaving buying to the last minute in the first place Dan managed to get me another set which arrived in time!
Thanks so much.

Unfortunately due to the courier my parcel went missing and didn’t arrive, however when I reached out to Balance Addicts to query where it was, Dan couldn’t have been more helpful and kindly dispatched my order again to arrive within 24 hours as it was for my daughter’s Birthday. Fabulous customer service and I had 1 very happy daughter on her birthday! Thank you so much ☺️

Good quality. Thank you balance addicts!🤸‍♀️

I ordered balance blocks for my girlfriends daughter birthday, they were on pre ordered and did take some time to come , but the communication with ken was second to none, the items got stuck at customs.

Great service
