We had a high pressure sales window to receive a discount for a year. At no point did the sales person speak about a 3 year contract. It was annual. 3 years was thrown into the print at the last minute for signing during a holiday. When I emailed to cancel 3 months before our year was up, we had no response. I didn't even realize at the point what we had signed up for. Now Perform Yard is suing us for 2 years we do not want. None of the recorded sales calls hinted at a 3 year deal. This company is predatory and unwilling to play reasonably with our small/med business. We are in business and allow for clear and transparent communication, expectations, and conflict resolution. PerformYard is the opposite of good. I am sorry to have ever come across their advertisements.

Product looked good during the demo but turned out to be a dud. Clunky, not intuitive and it didn't bring value. We paid upfront for the first year but stopped using it after a few months. My team did not find it valuable.
We declined to renew and they are trying to force us to pay for 3 years even though we don't use it.
I would never recommend this product or the company. The only reason a company has to hold people hostage is because the product doesn't provide the value.

Very shoddy business practice.

Within weeks of purchase, we discovered that our business was too small to effectively utilize this program. They should NOT have sold it to us! When we tried to cancel, claiming that we can't figure out how to use this to suit our needs, they literally sent lawyers after us.

The salesperson lied to us, misled us, and told us that functionality existed that DID NOT! A year later we abandoned Performyard and cut our losses at over $10,000.
