Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating delays can be.
Regarding the delivery time, most of our U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, and once the package is handed over to the postal service, the delivery process is no longer under our direct control. USPS can occasionally experience delays, but we always do our best to ship orders quickly on our side.

Resposta da Perfumepur.com
Hello,
We’re sorry to hear that the sample did not meet your expectations. The sizes of our samples are listed on the product page, but we understand it can sometimes feel smaller than anticipated. As for the scent, fragrance can be very subjective and what may not appeal to one person might be loved by another.
We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our product descriptions and customer experience.
Best regards,
Perfumepur.com Team
