I ordered Hugo Boss Intense EDT but recived the EDP version. Not what I wanted especially as it a discontinued product so I paid £145 for it! Fast delivery, wrong product. Disappointed and won’t purchase from Perfume Warehouse again.

Extrem enttäuschend und absolut unseriös!
Ich habe in diesem Parfümerie-Shop ein Parfum bestellt, das laut Rechnung nur den Produktpreis kosten sollte. Doch am Ende habe ich über 60 Euro mehr bezahlt! Erst wurde eine zusätzliche Gebühr für den Versand mit FedEx verlangt, dann kam auch noch eine unerwartete Zollgebühr obendrauf – alles wurde erst NACH der Bestellung bekanntgegeben.
Das ist Täuschung und grenzt an Betrug. Nirgendwo auf der Website wurde klar kommuniziert, dass solche Extrakosten auf mich zukommen würden. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich NIE dort bestellt.
Nie wieder! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Kunden werden hier mit versteckten Kosten reingelegt. Finger weg!

Absolutely shocking company to buy from .. received my item not boxed when I emailed them I received a phone call of one of the rudest person ever how this company still stands with staff members like that, I would definitely not buy from this company again avoid avoid avoid .. they have no respect whatsoever

We're genuinely sorry to hear that you're unhappy, but we feel it's important to clarify the events surrounding your review.
After you contacted us about the packaging issue, we promptly called you and offered a free return, no questions asked- even though it was shown on the product listing. You declined this solution, explaining that you wished to keep the item as it is discontinued and very difficult to source.
You then requested an additional discount. We explained that the item was already heavily discounted, and further reductions weren’t possible. At that point, the conversation unfortunately turned hostile — our team member was subjected to verbal abuse and profanity, including statements like "hope you have a s*** day" and threats to leave a negative review unless a discount was given. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, and as a result, we ended the call professionally.
Following this, we received six consecutive calls in a short period where shouting and abusive language continued. This was extremely distressing for our staff and not something we take lightly.
We always aim to treat our customers with respect and provide fair resolutions. In this case, we offered a return and acted promptly, but we will not accept behaviour that is threatening or abusive toward our team.
We appreciate honest reviews but believe it's only fair to share the full context here.
Highly recommend
Products were exactly what I was looking for, they came so quickly, exactly how they said they would come on good secure packaging. Easy to use website and fast delivery. Would use them again anytime

First time I have used Perfume Warehouse
I was a bit sceptical due to the low prices and whether they were genuine. I was pleased with the price of the aftershave which arrived sealed, the free bag and free delivery, which was a day earlier than stated. Will definitely use them again.
