FRAUD!!!!
Be afraid. Be very afraid this company is all about the scam.
I ordered a doggie door from my patio screen door cost was $119. They shipped me a $10 extension. When I complained they said to show them an image of the shipping label. Instead I supplied them with the order number and the receipt which shows I paid for it. As far as the envelope the extension arrived in I thought away as most all of us throwaway packaging. I was able to track down their telephone number and was lucky enough to talk to someone who happened to be quitting at the end of the week because – get this - the The disgruntled employee told me that he was leaving because the company operates on this standard practice of shipping the wrong item and then not giving you your money back.
