My name is Marie Bell and I was diagnosed with "Prediabetes" a few years ago. My endocronologist told me "don't eat anything white". I saw something about Perry Health so I contacted them. It was the best decision I could have made. I got counseling about heathy diets for prediabetes. I qualified to receive testing materials for diabetes and then I get monthly conferences with a specialist regarding my blood sugar results. I get to counsel with a diatition every few months to be sure I am managing my blood sugar through my food. I have such a wonderful counselor for my monthly visits that I am very happy with this group and would recommend them to anyone new to diabetes or pre-diabetes.

There is someone who does care about your Diabetes and are trying to help you!! It is really hard to change old habits, but knowing that someone cares about you, helps to make the process better!! Since they give you supplies it definitely helps!! I've been using Perry Health since Nov 1,2024!! Sometimes I still get the urge to have some Potato Chips, but now I use Terra, Sweets & Beets (no salt added) Sweet Potato and Beets, vegetable chips, that I like!! I also use Late July snacks Multigrain Sweet Potatoes (Torilla Chips), which I don't care for!! I'll stick to Terra!!

They were not good for blood sugar, which was not good 30 to 40 points higher than other sources reader's 🤔.

I wasn't sure I would like care over the phone but Perry Health is amazing. The help I have received has been so helpful and I have learned so much. My nurse calls are the best, my sugars are doing so much better and when I get a bad reading I get help right away. I am so please with everything and am so grateful.

They are very nice to have a good out come and they're really helpful and they will let you know if you could do different things with you low sugar or something like that you need to go to the hospital
