It let me reflect on different aspects of ADHD.

I am being charged and I provided a screenshot of that charge, the date and the associated transaction number. I was in contact with Ella and explained that I had tried to cancel on their website with all known emails that I use and non were recognized. I provided each of the emails. She would only say that the email that I wrote in with was not registered. She was unable or unwilling to acknowledge and assist with my request for assistance. I was ghosted after an several emails. My next step is to request a charge back from the bank

Purchased a one time offer for $1 and ended up being charged $39.99. They were not clear that there was going to be a monthly subscription fee, and were useless when I asked for a refund. You also have to email to cancel the subscription. Pathetic and greedy company

This is a complete scam, and they’ve robbed me of multiple $39.99 unauthorized charges over months. They tell you it’s a small charge of 1 or 2 bucks for results on a test, but buried VERY deep in their terms in service, they tell you.

I’ve sent so so SO many messages to customer support (which is what they suggest at their other website personality.co btw) to no avail. They usually tell me to sign in to cancel or refund but… I NEVER MADE AN ACCOUNT!

PLEASE avoid this, and I’m grateful to the review on here that suggested taking legal action and informing others because this is so wrong and they’ll find that out soon.

Zero if possible. Do not sigh up with this company. Buried in the trial period is an automatic charge for the monthly charge. I’ve contacted customer service to no avail.

Watch out for unauthorized charges

Falsely advertises $1.95 diagnostic tests, such as ADHD analysis. However, a recurring $39/mo subscription is buried in the T&C's and confirmation email. They have a cancellation link online that is non-functional (dead link), and you have to message their support email instead. They will not refund the monthly charge, even though it was a service you never consumed or consented to. Call your credit card company, get a new number, and tell them not to release your new number to PersoLibrary, TestLibrary, Aura Health LLC, Haur B.V., Ricardas Seirekis, or any of his affiliated companies. Report your experience to the FTC, BBB, and your local Secretary of State. Their actions are a violation of many state consumer laws and the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act. FTC is currently suing companies with the same business practices (see FTC v. JustAnswers LLC). They don't know who to sue unless you alert them about your consumer experience.

Sneaky subscription and their main page requires you to enter an email. I tried all of my email addresses and it says "not found" for all. Great way to do sleazy fraud.

Whoever is giving this company 5 starts works for them. Complete scam that enrolls you in $40 monthly fee. Avoid and report!

Do not sign up for this - I tried to do a career test and paid ~$2.00. I didn't know that I was automatically enrolled in a subscription. From the time I realized I was enrolled in a subscription, I canceled immediately (1 week after) and never even accessed the website for my subscription, and their team wouldn't give me a full refund, which was ridiculous! Definitely a scam!

The $2 test was fine. The results actually resonated. But they keep trying to charge me $40 over and over again. This is incredibly deceitful. Beware...they will keep charging you.

UPDATE: After further complaining i was finally given my full refund.

Original post:I paid for the 2 dollar report, however they failed to make it known I wasnt receiving a one time report and in fact I signed up for a subscription which was very well hidden.
I never even logged back in after my one time report I requested. They went and charged me $40. When I emailed in, I was met with condensing email message back telling me that I should have known better.

I was a first time user. I never visited the site before. And the refuse to give my money back even though I never used their services besides the ONE time. So I was charged $42 just to see my one paper that they advertised as a $2 charge.

Absolutely would never use this site as they literally live to deceive people.
They want trust pilot reviews so bad well they got one.

Well you want me to be honest? I think you're giving me this request for a review too far in advance of the results I've only done the test so far.
Update to my original review: I did take the test I didn't really feel comfortable with the way they worded the explanations of my various areas of issues that cause me to rather have ADHD or hyperactive disorder or whatever it was trying to say it was. I found it to be very wordy and I just I don't know how I feel about it... I was looking for something a little more Explanatory, precise, clinical and understandable rather than being expressed uniquely, imaginative and interesting! I felt more like I was reading a expressive novel about my specific characteristics rather than a Understandable medical explanation!
That's why I am trying to cancel my subscription but I went in here had a reminder to go in and cancel before the 30 days was app and that when I go in I found out that the days was over on the 4th not on the 7th as I reminded myself of. For some reason my phone usually always does but did not remember the password for me so now I'm going in to try to reset my password as I hit forgot password and it takes me to a reset think I hit and then when I go into the resetting new password it expects me to put in my old password which obviously I don't remember the st place so now I'm stuck in limbo waiting for them to get back to me and tell me how to rectify this situation. It doesn't seem to be very organized and user-friendly, kind of a cluster-duck. Not interested & do not suggest as a download, waste of time period, sorry!
