Got a call from a very rude disinterested man who didn't let me explain the case
He said in his experienced a fall caused by noise doesn't work- However if he had listened and heard the companies had already admitted and been served he may have Realised what was going on
Theres no excuse for being so rude and dismissive no excuse for not listening and trying to belittle people who he has been told are injured !
How can someone like this work in this role - wow

Jordan Danns explained no win no fee and would only charge 15% due to injuries of my son as usually 25%. Very friendly and professional.
