I placed an order 5 weeks ago. I never received a tracking number from the Post office. I wrote them an email one week ago and of course, no reply. tried calling them - no answer.

Preis - Leistung wirklich in Ordnung. Nicht so exakt gearbeitet..Handarbeit. Für meine Katzen schon -mehrfach - bestellt. Personalisiert, schaut sehr hübsch aus.. U der vermutlich Einzige Anbieter, wo man Lederhalsbaender mit Sicherheitsgummi!!! für Katzen bekommt!
Für Tractive GPS top geeignet!!!
Sie verlieren die Standard Halsbänder nämlich oft.. U diese haben wir schon Jahre!

billigstes Material, mangelhafte schlechte Verarbeitung ungepolstertes Kofferband mit billigen Verschlussklip.
Natürlich ist bei Reklamationen immer der Kunde schuld, weil er so blöd war, dort etwas zu kaufen.
Dort bekommt ihr nicht, was ihr wollt.
Dort bekommt ihr den Billigsten Dreck, schade ums Geld!!

Ich kann die teils sehr schlechten Bewertungen hier in keiner Weise nachvollziehen.

Wir haben für unsere beiden Hunde mit ihren Namen gravierte Halsbänder bestellt, die nach nur fünf Tagen ab Bestellung bei uns angekommen sind.

Pensavo di aver comprato un collare di pelle per il mio cane e, oltre che essere arrivato un prodotto che sembra più gomma che pelle, è inutilizzabile.
La linguetta finale del collare è stata tranciata nettamente, con un risultato estetico orribile.
Per questo motivo il collare risulta più corto perchè l'ultimo foro è inutilizzabile in quanto la linguetta è molto corta e non può essere fermata nella fibbia.
Inviate foto al servizio clienti aprendo un reclamo. Rispondono inizialmente riconoscendo l'errore. Poi cambiano registro sostenendo che la taglia ordinata sia sbagliata e che è normale che su un collare di piccola taglia l'ultimo foro non va utilizzato.
40 € che non rivedrò mai più, è chiaro che siano avvezzi a truffare la gente con prodotti scadenti.
Peccato non aver trovato prima queste recensioni.

Hvor ærger det mig helt vildt.

Jeg havde ledt efter en måtte til under min hundeskål, hvor jeg så finde en på deres hjemmeside jeg gerne vil have. Jeg tjekker på deres hjemmesiden, at der står 2-4 hverdages levring. Nu er der så gået 8 dage, og jeg har stadig ikke set noget til min pakke. Hvis i ikke kan overholde jeres oplysninger på siden, så ændre dem!!

Helt klart 0 stjerner herfra. Handler her aldrig igen!😡

Hurtig levering. Et fint hundehalsbånd til prisen, med navn og adresse. Nu er min hund fri for at have et navneskilt hængende og dingle, da der hele står på remmen.

Don’t buy anything from them. I brought a expensive collar and line with a name on.
Today I received it.
They promised it was in leader but it is all plastic- my dog is allergic to plastic so she stated scratching all over her neck. There was a big black spot - like somebody had tried to make a hole halfway through the collar. I have contacted them 3 times at email and 2 till at costume service but they never answer. I know now that I never will get my money back.

After fitting the collar on my puppy I noticed firstly that there is no loop on the collar to put the excess end of the leather in.
After only ten minutes she had chewed the end of the collar because she could reach the part sticking out.
After 3 days of wearing the collar we noticed that the dye from the black part of the collar is leaving a stain around her neck that is not coming off even with washing.
Also, I have left feedback on their site a few days ago but I see it's not been made public yet. I also emailed them and filled out their customer service form but no reply. I have opened a case with PayPal.

A small order, money left my account swiftly. Eventually a tracker came, no delivery, since then . Now almost two months later. Told on phone it was coming, problem with parcelforce etc another tracker, no action. Sent e mails , no reply, dreadful dreadful customer service. I would avoid at all costs, totally unprofessional.
