I received the total package including…
I received the total package including My Locker which I thought was a brilliant idea. I , however, did not need this since I live alone , my children and grandchildren do not live nearby. I called to return it and was told to just send it back and that I wouldn’t be charged. I wasn’t able to return it without paying another$ 20 -$30 . I asked for a return label but was told one was not available

Hi Elvira, thank you for the review. We generally just recommend that people put the book back in the envelope and mark it "return to sender". There is no cost to do this.

I am very impressed with the simplicity of the information in the kits. Very easy to understand and a lot of information as well as easy to fill out forms available. I purchased the kits to give as gifts to my children. I am sure they will appreciate the simplicity as well.

Hi James. Thank you for taking the time to share this review, but I must admit, I have no idea what this means. It would be helpful if we could understand what "it didn't work" means. If the document is signed in the presence of two witnesses, it is a legal Will. If you had trouble with it, we are happy to help you. I can assure you that the kit works. Best wishes.
