Been waiting for over a month for my package. It has been "out for delivery" nearly 3 weeks total. It took 3 weeks just to get "out for delivery", not unusual from China. When it was still out for delivery 3 days later, I contacted them and got no reply until 5 days later. Instead of delivery, it was returned to the warehouse. Finally it went out for delivery again days later, and when I finally got a delivery, it wasn't even my package. Tracking said personally accepted. Reality-they left it on my doorstep. Contacted them again, haven't heard from them in 5 days again and still no delivery. I have asked for a refund and the order cancelled in all of my e-mails only to have them ignore the subject and instead asked for my address again, which they already had correct. Avoid this company!

Christmas delivery was a bit slow, but once it arrived, I really enjoyed the quality.

Perspirature claimed to have had a package I ordered delivered to me but it never came. When I inquired I was ghosted and then got a nasty reply back demanding I give them the order info which I had already included. I never got the package, never got a refund and only got automated replies. I would not trust this business. I have them plenty of time (over two months) to make it right and never received my goods or money back.

Looks simple but feels surprisingly premium.

Lovely design and comfy from the first night

Terrible! Communication is non existent. Product quality is marginal at best. Deliver is weeks.

This was my first time ordering with this company. So I ordered my Winnie the Pooh twin size quilt earlier than when I would need it. It was for my grandson birthday. Well the quilt arrived. I held on to it until I was ready to deliver the gift for him. I notified my daughter through a text message saying I wanted to drop it off. She responded by,Thanks, but No thanks. We don’t want it, don’t bring it over stay away. So I contacted this company in a email to get it returned. They responded with we can work with you and get this figured out so we can make it work for you. Since my daughter did this to me I cried a million tears and I have no use for a child’s quilt. Your company requested for pictures to see that it wasn’t used. I sent many pictures that it was in the original clear plastic bag that it wasn’t opened. And more pictures showing that the quilt was not used at all. Within a few hours I was receiving another message from the support team saying they can’t and won’t take it back. That’s a real kick in the teeth when they promised they would make this work . This is very disappointing and very bad for this company. Unless they can make it right. I don’t want to look at a child quilt every day and think about my grandson and I will cry every day.
