Wanted to purchase from their ebay store, they convinced me to go to them directly, which I did. I ordered an expensive item, paid for the quoted shipping at checkout, everything so far was smooth. After being invoiced and paying the invoice via Paypal, the seller contacted me and tripled the shipping price?!! When I complained, he blamed me for expecting to pay what I was invoiced by his own site! He was very rude, took no responsibility or ownership of the problem and instead resorted to asking me to see if I could find a courier that was as cheap as his own site had quoted me? Of course I told him it was not my problem, his site is at fault but he refused to honour the order and it was cancelled.

First and last time I order from this store!
It advertises fast delivery, but it's the middle of the 3rd week, and I still haven't received my parcel.

Last week I had requested the cancellation, but was ignored...
