I strongly recommend them.
Clearly explained the issue. Lose rat poison left by previous seller, and I have a cat, so needed properly and thoroughly removed and cleaned. They sent someone with incorrect equipment. The person that attended did an awful job. Constantly tried to move on even though there was more left. Used no gloves or PPE at all, picking up poison with his bare hands. Dettol wipes to try and clean it. As he didn't speak English, which isn't an issue if the job is explained correctly beforehand, there was an awkward back and forth between the operator and the technician.
But, the worst part, was the operator over the phone suggested I let them use my vacuum to hover up loose rat poison. A simple Google search shows how much of a bad idea this is, as you basically need to throw it out afterwards. They have specialised equipment to deal with this. It's insane they suggested this. At this point I asked them to just stop what little they had done and leave.
Awful operation. Strongly recommend you don't go with these folks. If they would suggest something as unsafe as using your own vaccum with a cat in the house, who knows what else they're trying.
They said 'we won't charge you' as if I would have paid anyway. No service was rendered.

First of all I would like to apologise again for the experience you had. After speaking with you directly I fully acknowledged that mistakes were made during the visit and I understand why you were unhappy.
The job was originally described as the removal of some loose rodent bait from underneath the kitchen. In most cases, this type of work involves removing bait from trays, bait boxes, or cleaning up a small number of loose grains, which can usually be completed very easy.
Based on the information I received I believed this would be a straightforward task and assigned a trainee technician. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding regarding the scope of the work and the equipment required to complete it properly.
Regarding the vacuum cleaner my intention was that the technician would use it briefly to remove few bait grains from the gap between floorboard and wall and then thoroughly clean and sanitise it afterwards. However I accept that suggesting the use of your own vacuum cleaner was poor judgement on my part.
As soon as I became aware of the situation I apologised and offered to send a fully equipped senior technician free of charge and did not charge you anything for the visit. Unfortunately you declined this offer which I completely respect.
I accept responsibility for the mistakes that were made and I have already taken steps to improve how jobs are assessed and assigned in the future.
While I respect your right to leave a review based on your experience, I do feel that some aspects of the review do not reflect the efforts made to resolve the issue after the misunderstanding occurred. Nevertheless, I appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

We hired Pest Control RAF SERV for a bedbug infestation in our flat.
They came three times and fumigated, but the problem was never solved. The bedbugs were still there after all their visits.
We have a 5-month-old baby, and this situation was extremely stressful and terrifying for us. We trusted them to fix the problem quickly and professionally, but that did not happen.
In the end, we had to call another pest control company, and only then was the problem finally resolved.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Pest Control RAF SERV.

This company is a SCAMMER he mention on the phone is a free estimate and when he get at the property ask for payment.He is unprofessional and what he wants is only the money.
We pay him for 3 months warranty and the problem is not solve he don't answering the phone. I keep calling him to come back and finish the job but hi not responding or replay. We are going to report him to the police to try to get the money back. Be AWARE SCAMMER.

This was his first visit. He put poison at various points and will come again after 10 days. He did not put traps, only poison. He was polite and friendly. Lets hope every thing is OK when he comes next.

I had a rat issue in my house in Harrow and called Pest Control for help. The team arrived within an hour of my call, which was very impressive. Now after two weeks, the problem is completely gone. Raf is very friendly, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend their services!
Rafael was absolutely great, I had a huge wasps hornet in the cavity of the porch wall. He was very polite and professional and he got rid of all the wasps so now we can go in and out of the house safely
