Your firm was booked to come to do a re…
Your firm was booked to come to do a re treatment, not a survey which your firm did last week. My wife moved a lot of stuff to enable the re treatment to happen and wasted a day waiting for this, especially as your technician turned up an hour after time.

Friendly, punctual, efficient service.
The troublesome mole was caught, the service was excellent - friendly, punctual and efficient. There was minimal disturbance to the garden which was especially important as we are preparing to hold a wedding reception where the mole had set up home!

The mouse traps had worked!
Jordan arrived very promptly. He followed the work of the previous Officer reliably and could see that the mouse traps had worked and proved a small number maybe only one mouse. He refilled the traps with poison and gave us clear instructions to arrange our final visit for 2weeks time. Very polite and friendly. Most likely we agreed that the mouse came in through an open French door. We are very happy there have been no more sightings.

Jordan was punctual and very friendly
Jordan was punctual and very friendly. He was quick and wore protective foot and hand wear to keep the carpets clean. At the end of his inspection he gave me a full verbal report and advised that I will recieve a written report of the same.
I fully recommend him.
