Pestology Seems A Great Idea. Good To Know Pestology Can Do The Job Of Getting Rid Of Mice/Rats In My Kitchen And Loft. I've Been Referred To My Landlord, City Council And Used Private Pest Control Companies When Required Who Advise And Bait. But To Be Honest I'm Considering Pestology For The Job Of Getting Mice/Rats Out Of My Kitchen And Loft Properly Permanently. Thank You.

Maciej good customer service and lovely man and got the job done.

Absolutely fantastic service from Pestology! From start to finish, everyone was so professional, friendly and helpful.

A special mention to Raz, who came first and was also there at the end. He was incredibly polite, helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process.

The two gentlemen who came to carry out the proofing were amazing too — very professional, respectful and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.

I’m really impressed with the service we received and would definitely recommend Pestology to anyone needing their services. Thank you to the whole team! 👏

Pestology plest control.
Had work done to secure the house to get rid of rats and poison put down.
The job was done by engineer MACIEJ.
He has done a great job, more than i could ask for. Very happy.
MACIEJ was polite and made use feel safe. Keeping us updated on the job step by step. Worked well clean and safe. Thank you

I was so impressed with all the hard work carried out by Paulina and Raj. They worked solidly for over 6 hours blocking up countless holes with efficiency and skill. They were friendly, cheerful and polite. I have rarely come across such commitment. Let’s hope for no more mice.

I had paulina come and do my flat arrived on time was really professional I had my two young kids and trusted to leave her in my property she expressed where the problem was coming from and covered loads of holes and explained everything to me everything was cleaned and left how it was overall she’s such a nice person and got the job done thank you

Marek was very professional and knowledgeable about servicing the drain valves. He was happy to explain his process and I felt confident in his ability.

Today Saturday July 11.2026.
Paulina the Pestology Service lady attended the appointment at my property on time. The moment She appeared at the front door, she looked very professional with all her tools ready for work.

She worked very hard finding any exposed holes and gaps to combat the situation. She made a special point and noticed, under my front door is gappy. She repaired the gap. The gap no longer visible. It makes me feel so much better, not seeing the bright light under the front door.

The way Paulina works, she works to very high standard. The quality of her work clearly shines through. She makes sure her job is well done, from the start to finish.
Very please with the passion, she adds to her work.

You need more workers like Paulina
in your business.

Thank you Pauline

S Sylvester

I was impressed with the prompt service. The technician Paulina who attended my property to resolve a rodent issue was professional, polite and efficient. She arrived on time, listened to my issue, found the exact entry point and treated the area safely. In addition, she returned all my items and kick boards back in place, leaving everything neat and tidy. I was delighted with her work and the service.

Marcin spent four days proofing our loft in stifling heat and did all he could to accommodate any additions asked for, as well as keeping us informed and updated.

The work seems thoroughly done with professional tools and mesh that will hold up against persistent rats. We now have to wait until winter to see if everything holds, but for Marcin's work, he did all we could have asked for.

Recently we started having major issues with mice and it was getting out of hand. Pestology from Brentford were called in and they spent two days. Arek was the pest technician. Wonderful guy with a warm smile and a hearty laugh. He spent two days (hottest days of the year so far) closing all entry points and explaining every step. I hope that this will solve the problem.

Paulina attended to my home to fill holes to stop mice entering
She was very polite hardworking and thorough throughout her visit
Would highly recommend

I called this company out as I constantly heard scratching noises from my attic..
I paid £180 for a man to come out for 15min to say he could not find any trace of rodent activity! I said so what is this noise? Possibly squirrels or birds his reply! He left saying if you wanted gaps filling a quote will follow…. it will cost over £4000 with new insulation fitted and gaps filled in,I was shocked at the price!

Still I could hear noises at night so I called a family member to double check for me and afew nights later boom! A mouse was caught and another on camera
and he said their is so much droppings in there I can’t understand what this man was doing as it’s everywhere!
So don’t waste your money is my advise and thank you for nothing! No solution and definitely not value for money!

Piotr and Marek worked very hard in proofing the outside of the house and in sorting out the drainage issues.
They done a lot of work in one day and
are a credit to their company.

My thanks to Marcin, who worked to rodent proof my loft . The loft was extremely hot, the work was hard & the days long. Marcin was friendly, hard working & professional. He explained what was happening, as he completed the work stage by stage. If only Marcin could help with my garden & installing a new kitchen!! Thanks again Marcin.

A huge thank you to Rajbir from Pestology for the incredible service today. Arranged via One Housing, the process was seamless from start to finish. Rajbir was so understanding and kept us informed every step of the way. He did a brilliant job sealing entry points on the ground floor and was incredibly respectful of our home. We cannot recommend this company enough. We are looking forward to seeing him again for the follow up on April 30th to finish the first floor!

Excellent service. Efficient & job done. Darius was brilliant … neat, tidy, friendly, helpful and very professional

Bardhi was so friendly, thorough and respectful of my home.

He is knowledgeable and put me at total ease.

I’d definitely recommend Pestology

In urban areas rodents are a fact of life. Don’t waste money on the amateurs. Pestology mix science, engineering and studied animal behaviour to come up with a long-term outcome of riddance. Absolute top class service! Special thanks to Gully, Mike and Daniel.

Arek did a great job internally rodent proofing our old house. He was really thorough in identifying every gap and hole he could and was a very easy and nice person to have in the house all day. Also had external proofing and a survey, similarly really nice and competent people. They are clearly really committed to resolving these problems for the long term.
