Horrible wasp extermination service
The company failed to deliver on the promised wasp extermination service, for which I paid a hefty sum, £130! After their visit, the wasps weren't completely eradicated, and a week later, there were about a hundred of them. My numerous calls to the office were met with the reply, "We'll call you back," but no one ever called.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm sorry we let you down. Occasionally a wasp nest needs a second treatment, and that's exactly what our guarantee is there for, so the real failure here is that you called repeatedly, were told we'd call you back, and no one ever did. That's not acceptable, and I completely understand your frustration at being left with the problem unresolved.I'd like to put this right straight away.
