I ordered over 2 months ago tracking shows my order is in Alic Springs a town in the middle of desert Australia when I live in Sydney on the coast. Every enquiry I make they insist I be patient and wait and that they have asked the courier company to expedite my delivery. ABSOLUTE LIES wasting my time and patience. My message is DO NOT purchase anything from Part belong.

I wish that I had read the reviews BEFORE I ordered. They believe that 60 days is a REASONABLE TIMEFRAME for delivery! Trying to TRACK is ineffective, as they (Petbelong) relinquish ALL RESPONSIBILITY after they deliver to their shipper.
Good luck trying to speak to a human being about the situation. DO NOT GET SCAMMED!

It was very well made the harness and leash,fast in getting back to me

The tactical harness and collar are great, BUT I paid for expedited shipping and it took 22 days for them to arrive! I was sent 2 different links to track the shipment. but they said different information. If standard shipping time is that long, they need to highlight it up front in big print.

I ordered a harness from a company I thought was US based. Nope, China. So they said they shipped my $100 harness and sent me notice it was delivered to my door yet I never got anything. I sent them an email and no response. I dont recommend this company or anything from CHINA.

Outstanding product and customer service. It really fits our GSP dogs well and both wear small and they are around 55 pounds. It looks good on them and is very functional and comfortable.

Currently waiting for my service dog vest while Ai seems responsive they can not give me shipping times or if it’s still in warehouse. I ordered July 1 I’ll give them 1 more week to ship then I’ll go to my card file a complaint that items aren’t shipping and to freeze payment I used American Express there good at seeking for there card holders.

I had trouble with tracking, and Mitch from Pet Belong was extremely responsive! I was replied to very quickly! He reassured me, but then… Canada Post was saying that they were going on Strike at Noon on the 23rd of May! So I reached out to Mitch again and he was able to see exactly where my package was, and luckily the Postal strike didn’t happen and I received my boy Bearengers Harness and Patches yesterday!! To me how a company treats their Customers is More Important to me than what they sell!! He went Above and Beyond to help me! Now the Harness is Fantastic! I have a 140 pound Rottweiler and could never get him into a comfortable harness, until now! I bought him the XL it fits him with room to spare, he can sit comfortably without the harness digging into him! He looks so Handsome and Stylish, lol! A Huge Thanks to Mitch and Pet Belong, I really Appreciate you Mitch!!

This company while seemingly appeared to have great customer service at the beginning, 2 months later DID NOT!!!! ITS FAR TO EXPENSIVE!!! Comes from out of country and not at all great!! Expensive! You can get a harness better than this right here in the USA, and save money! Very stiff, sizing is not good!!! I suggest you shop else where.

For 1, the customer service is absolutely on point... We had an issue ordering, we contacted customer service n they corrected our order before shipping... We ordered a harness we found very comparable to another top rated brand, at a much better price... Once received, we immediately put it on our boy Elvis n began the adventures... It works GREAT, fitment n quality are top notch, we would highly recommend Pet Belong to other 4 legged family members...

It's taking forever to get this harness!! Are they stitching it by hand or what??

All though the waiting time and shipping is mentioned on the site, it is ridiculous how long it takes. I wish I knew before, there was a better shop with very fast delivery. But I just found out after placing my order. And by the way…. I’m still waiting. It’s been a while. I mean come on guys… it’s 2025.anything you order even from China comes in 5 days. Very disappointed

The way the items are described already was a little Sus so for fun I ordered a similar product of one of the well know Chinese firms (Joom) just to see the difference in quality. I bought the same size, the same spec and I have received them both now (Funny that the Chinese one was here first) and they are identical. the buckles are exactly the same and tbh the material screams "Made in China" all in all save yourself the wait and the money. if you need a harness, order it from a Chinese website and save yourself some money because this is exactly what you will receive with the joy of paying extra. Oh and the "Name Patches" you can order for $20 extra are not embroided. they are cheap rubber prints (Except the beast mode one). Itll do.. but the fact its a simple Chinese dropship job makes it not worth more than 2 stars

The harness is a life saver for my rescue dog. It’s super high quality, easy to put on and remove, and he doesn’t have to step into anything. The Velcro patches are my favourite part, we got his name and our number as well as some cautionary ones to let people know not to interact without permission. The ordering process was so simple, arrived in Canada within days. Amazing customer service and quality products. I will definitely purchase more in the future.

I have actually not received the products I ordered. I ckntinue to receive emails once a week with a subject of ‘shipping uodates,’ but when i click the the link all the is displayed is the order date - no updates, no shipping information, and the an unrecognizable name for the shipping company purportedly delivering my items. If i had known the comoany was not in the US i would not have ordered. I also think that a lot of the positive posts are not real.

The excellent quality of your Tactical No Pull Harness may have saved the life of my dog Cooper. Copper and my son went camping and were out for a walk when they were attacked by two loose Pit Bulls. The other dogs were able to bite on to Coopers harness but that’s all, they pulled and pulled on that harness and were never able to get a hold of my dog. If not for the quality of your harness Cooper for sure would have been seriously injured. Thank you!

Initially our Golden, ‘Noah Duke’, was a bit apprehensive about the harness. It appears to be a bit bulky and heavy, however once adjusted the fit is very comforting. And the weight is actually perfect, plus the design truly helps with the control of a 14 month Golden. Not to mention they is zero harmful effects to your dogs neck or throat. Noah has grown to love this harness. To the point that he literally dives into the opening when we go out for walks. I think 🤔 that it gives him a hugging feeling. Thank you 🙏

Petbelong stands by their products if you're not satisfied they will make it right. I had a harness that wouldn't stay attached at the clips and I cut the excess off not knowing I should of ran it through said clips a few more times. I wrote them an email and they sent me another harness and all I had to pay was shipping cost. Love the vest and my dog looks great in it. Petbelong is the real deal 👌
