With their help, we found our new house quite fast and their service and customer support was excellent.

We had a great experience throughout the purchase process. They were professional, responsive, and kept us informed at every stage.

My property was listed for both rent and sale, which meant two teams were involved. Unfortunately, each team seemed to assume the other was handling the work. In reality, neither team generated any leads or interest, and it wasn’t until a senior manager stepped in 12 weeks later that meaningful viewings finally began.
During the sale itself, communication from Peter Lane was minimal. When contact was made, it often felt like it was in the buyer’s interest rather than mine — despite me being the one paying the fee. There was also no pre‑completion guidance: no explanation of what to expect on the day, what I needed to do, or reassurance that they would be available if any issues arose. Thankfully, this wasn’t my first property sale; otherwise, the lack of support would have been even more stressful.
Overall, a disappointing experience from a firm I had previously regarded highly.
