I’ve used Peter Philip Architecture & Design for a couple of HMO projects and have consistently had a very positive experience. Adam is professional, responsive, and easy to work with, and, importantly, takes the time to listen and incorporate my ideas rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all solution.

I’d happily recommend Adam and the team to other investors or developers looking for an architect who understands HMOs and works collaboratively.

Started of very promising. Unfortunately after the first phase of initial drawings, which were signed off, when we moved to getting the structural drawings created, they created drawings from an older proposal which was not approved or signed off. Mistakes happen. We asked for an explanation, which was not forthcoming, and no proposal was given to rectify the situation, and they simply stopped responding to emails.

I have issued a final warning email and am now proceeding to instruct solicitors to start legal proceedings against them to recover the money for a set of drawings that were not approved and cannot be used.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Had the pleasure of working with Jack to get our extension plan up and running, every question we had he, had the answers we required. Jack completed drawings and paperwork in next to know time so we could get a builder asap at our request and they were to the highest quality. Will definitely recommend his services to others

This experience was great, I am currently in the process of obtaining planning permission on a 3 bed detached in Nottingham. Jack and Adam have been super helpful as this is my first project. Came to Peter Philip’s with little to no know how of where to begin in the process of a house extension. Ended up with Jack Wood, who instantly put us at ease with very knowledgable yet jargon free conversation, some great ideas and experience in the field. So we went ahead -a very good decision. The initial plan was drawn up expertly, with very little alterations needed from us and sent off to planning. Very quickly, we got the go ahead! Very pleased and can’t wait to finish off the final design and continue working with Jack at Peter Philips & start building our new dream extension.
