Amazing company!
I recently purchased a Petit Pli set as a gift for my goddaughter and I was really impressed - the concept is so clever!
Every detail has been carefully thought through; even the packaging can be reused and transformed into a kids jet pack. The material is also softer than I thought and loved all the new print designs. The order was received quickly and she loved it!

Computer engineering book for kids
Product looks good on website but I’m still waiting for my son’s first birthday present (baby computer engineering book) which has now passed and been ruined.
When buying I specifically read the delivery details because I needed it to arrive on time (2nd August) and your website stated within 2-3 days once dispatched.
If this is business days then the item should have arrived on his birthday(Wednesday).
It’s now Sunday evening and I’m still waiting for it.
Or even a reply from you on my previous email that stated that I’ve tried tracking it on Royal Mail with the ref number I was given but it says something went wrong.
I’m not impressed with the customer service of your company so far…
Update: on Tuesday I received an email stating I will be given a refund and sent the product. However, I did not receive either of those and am STILL WAITING...
Update: I did finally get it after writing this. Really nice engineering for kids book

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review! My colleague has since responded to your email, but I would like to extend our apology for the delay. Regarding the receipt of your email, for some reason it had automatically been marked as spam, I believe my colleague shared proof of this (we are looking to minimise this risk for others in the future). Regarding your delivery, we experienced issues on the 26/27th July with the recent migration of our warehouse & Royal Mail incorrectly not tracking - however we had not spotted this particular case.
I do hope the solution from my colleague offered over email brings some delight to a series of unfortunate events! I can assure you that this is not typical, as we value our community of users so much.

I'm really sorry to hear this and appreciate that you brought it to our attention!
I can see that your item was dispatched the day after you placed you order via 48hr tracked service. It's really unusual it took so long for Royal Mail to deliver your parcel; especially since you are also based in the UK. I can see my colleague Samantha has already been in touch with you via email last week, and the parcel was finally delivered on Saturday. 🚀 I'm glad it arrived, but again, sorry that our delivery partner failed us on this one!
We will be opening an investigation with Royal Mail to identify the cause of this delay.
We really appreciate your patience and willingness to support us!

Great service. Everything looks great and feels great quality. Really easy to get on and off a squirming baby. Was concerned it might all be a bit big (10/11 month old), but everything cinches just in the right places.

I love your company and what you do in the sustainability world. The piece I ordered arrived super fast which I loved. My only issue is that based on the photos I was expecting more of a cream color but the vest is actually beige/darker than I had expected…..maybe you could next release a cream or offwhite? :—)

Great concept, beautiful cloths, makes you wonder why no one else thought of this! If nothing else just check out the store, the clothes are so cool and in an age of throw away clothing, these will last for years.

Truly amazing!!
I had seen Petit Pli’s revolutionary products mentioned everywhere, from several design awards to magazines articles on the circular economy.
As someone who is very focussed on product design, zero waste and circular economy, I was intrigued to see the products in real life.
I purchased “clothes that grow” product bundle, a satélite pocket and a mask, all of the items were gifts.
When I received the items they fully lived up to what I was expecting from a company with so many design awards, truly amazing.
